Conditions of sale for auction: All property is sold AS IS and Flagg Auctions does not make any guarantees, warranties, or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the property or the correctness of the catalog or other description of the authenticity of authorship, provenance, exhibitions, literature, or historical relevance of the property or otherwise. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to be such a guarantee, warranty, or representation. Flagg Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. We make no representation or warranty as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in the property. Prospective bidders should contact Flagg Auctions with any questions before bidding. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before sale. All bids are per lot as numbered. We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.

All transactions must be complete before property is shipped. Property will not be shipped until payment has been made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of Flagg Auctions. We will handle all shipping for our customers and we are reasonable and fair with our shipping costs. We take extra care in packaging to be sure items arrive in the same condition they were in when they left us - when you receive your package you will see that we treat our buyers' items the way we would want our own items to be treated.

Merchandise not paid for within seven days may be re-auctioned or resold without further notice to the purchaser, who will be reported as a non-responsive bidder, and the bidder will not be able to participate in any further auctions.

A 20% restocking fee applies to merchandise rejected by a buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by Flagg Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions. Bidding on merchandise automatically constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions outlined above.

Each winning bidder will receive an invoice by e-mail for the total cost (including shipping charges) after the auction has concluded. Invoices may be paid by credit or debit card - we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. NO checks or PayPal.
