(2) Purvis Young (American, 1943-2010) contemporary/outsider paintings on canvas. The larger is titled "Passionate Protesting", 1999. A line of protesters parade as they are led to the right of the piece. Includes certificate of authenticity. Signed bottom. The second piece also features his characteristic squiggly figures in procession. Both excellent condition. "Passionate Protesting" measures 27" x 12", frame measures 33" x 17". Second art measures 15" x 11", frame measures 20.25" x 17.5".
