All coins are guaranteed authentic however Grade is subject to individual views and is not guaranteed. In no event shall PremierAuctionsLive be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition. PremierAuctionsLive cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. When bids are made, all sales are final and No Returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold PremierAuctionsLive, Connoisseur, or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
Contested bids will be opened back up to the last two bidders.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of their clients, the seller.
All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
