Description: 1) AGAR PERCUSSION UNDERHAMMER RIFLE. Cal. approx. 41. NSN. 19" Faux damascus oct. bbl. w/ receiver 24 1/4". Engraved, blued oct. receiver is marked "RICHARD AGAR" on the top flat. Engraved iron trigger guard, hammer, buttplate & elongated bbl. tang. Iron bbl. thimbles w/ faux damascus finish. Pistol grip area of the stock has checkering. Brass tipped wood ramrod. CONDITION: bbl. has a cleaned, medium gray finish. Receiver has about 65% blued finish w/ sm. areas of pitting. Trigger guard has a broken screw & a missing screw. Stock shows moderate but superficial wear. Ramrod likely a replacement & too short. Hammer holds both full & half cock. Fair bore. (01-14367/BF). 2) STEVENS PERCUSSION SWIVEL BREECH O/U COMBINATION. Cal. approx. 40 / 18 Ga. NSN. 29" Bbls. Top of bbl. marked "H. STEVENS, WATERTOWN, N.Y CAST STEEL". Dual percussion hammers w/ shared receiver. Iron trigger guard. German silver buttplate, toe plate, patchbox & stylized cheek escutcheon. Iron bbl. & end thimbles. Figured wood stock. CONDITION: bbls. have a dark, lightly pitted patina. No ramrods. Rear sight is broken. Right hammer missing. Trigger guard screw replaced. German silver has an aged patina. Escutcheon at cheek loose. Middle bbl. thimble on right missing. Stock severely damaged w/ a repaired, full break at the wrist & age/drying cracks throughout the butt. Existing left hammer will hold full cock only. Poor bores. (01-14437/BF). 3) BEEBE PERCUSSION SWIVEL BREECH O/U COMBINATION. Cal. approx. 44 / 28 Ga. NSN. 32" Bbls. Top of bbl. marked "A.H. BEEBE." A. Henry Beebe was from Pine Run, MI & began work in 1863. Dual, plain, back action locks. Iron trigger guard, buttplate, toe plate, bbl. thimbles & entry thimbles. Brass patchbox & smaller hinged box at base of the butt that covers a 1 1/2" deep hole likely used to store caps. Box also has an interesting inset functional compass. Brass tipped ramrods. Silver recumbent stag escutcheon on cheekpiece & silver oval escutcheon at base of bbl. tang. CONDITION: iron has a dark patina. Back action locks have been replaced or heavily refinished. Left drum & nipple have been replaced/repaired w/ a different ignition apparatus. Bbl. tang is missing 2 screws. 2 Trigger guard screws have been replaced. Stock has been heavily refinished. Left lock functions, right does not. Fair bores. (01-14456/BF). ALL ANTIQUE. $900-1400 for lot.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
