Handling fee is $3.00 PER LOT. If you win the bid on an item marked BOX LOT, your handling fee for shipping will be $20. Items marked WILL NOT SHIP, will not be shipped, no exception. Your agreement to these terms constitutes permission to charge the full amount of the purchase price on your credit card, as well as all shipping and handling charges.

All property sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". It is the bidder's responsibility to determine age, condition, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. Bob Stutler's Auction will do our best to properly describe items and properties and use our best judgment in representations. We DO NOT try out electronic items. You are buying as is, where is. Bob Stutler's Auction will not be responsible for any error or omissions of the item or lot descriptions. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and they may not return any item.

Condition of items sold: The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect of any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine the item(s) during the preview and to adjust their bids accordingly. ALL SALES ARE "AS IS", "WHERE IS" & ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Lots not paid for, or removed on the arranged pick up date may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. No refund will be made to the defaulting purchaser by Bob Stutler's Auction. All Sales and auctions are without any representation or warranty of any kind by Bob Stutler's Auction or the Seller. Bidders and Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves concerning the condition of the lots and the matters referred to in the catalog entry. All Sales are final and are "AS IS WHERE IS."

Reserves: All Lots are offered subject to a reserve, which is the minimum bid required and a price below which the lot will not be sold (the "Reserve").

All Bids are per lot as numbered in the Catalog and no lot shall be divided for sale.

Risk and responsibility for the lot but not its title passes to the Buyer immediately upon announcement of the winning bid at the auction. In the event that there is no winning bid for a lot, or the lot is withdrawn from the auction, or the sale is cancelled for non-payment, Bob Stutler's Auction may sell the lot at public or private sale at any time thereafter, in a manner consistent with the agreement between Seller and Bob Stutler's Auction.

Payment and passing of title. Once your items are paid, we will pack them and get the shipping cost. Please allow a few days after the sale ends before you receive shipping invoice. Shipping Instructions: Bidder pays all shipping cost. We will ship items using USPS Priority Mail. We will package items in house unless noted in lot description and ship within 14 business days of auction close date (as long as the items have been paid). Handling fee is $3.00 PER LOT. If you win the bid on an item marked BOX LOT, your handling fee for shipping will be $20. Items marked WILL NOT SHIP, will not be shipped, no exception. No "lot" shall be released until payment has been made in full and transactions have cleared through financial institutions (no exceptions). Delivery confirmation and insurance may apply if requested for & paid for by the buyer. The auctioneer is not liable in any event for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, Bob Stutler's Auction assumes no responsibility or liability for shipping, packing, moving, or transportation, including damage to Lots in transit, or any personal injury of any persons involved. ALL FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS ARE LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. SOME LOTS WILL SPECIFICALLY SAY WILL NOT SHIP. We do not determine the shipping costs. They are determined by USPS.
