Description: 1) BOOTH HALF STOCK PERCUSSION FOWLER. Cal. approx. 12 Ga. NSN. 30 1/4" Oct. to tetra decagon (14 sides) to rnd. bbl. Top flat of bbl. is marked "LONDON". Bolster has 2 silver lineal inlays w/ etched highlights. Engraved back action lock marked "S. BOOTH & CO.". Engraved trigger guard, buttplate & bbl. tang extension. Iron bbl. & entry thimbles. German silver nosecap, bbl. pin escutcheons & rnd. escutcheon at base of stock. Wrist has checkering. Wooden ramrod. CONDITION: iron has a dark patina w/ some plum coloration on the bbl. Stock has been refinished & shows moderate wear. There are minor losses at the bbl. channel & bolster. Lock holds both full & half cock. Fair bore. (01-14382/BF). 2) T. NICHOL PERCUSSION RIFLE. Cal. approx. 40. S# 129GT. Heavy oct. 32 3/4" bbl. including rnd. extender. Top of bbl. is marked "T. NICHOL CHATHAM.C.W NO. 129GT". Thomas Nichol was a gunsmith from 1857-1897 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada (West). Engraved lock is marked "Henry Parker Warranted". Brass trigger guard, buttplate, toeplate, patchbox & sm. side plate. Pewter nosecap. Silver bbl. pin escutcheons. Iron bbl. thimbles. Wood is checkered at wrist. CONDITION: iron has a dark mottled patina. Brass has a medium mellow patina. Middle thimble is missing. Front thimble has been resoldered. There is damage to the front of the rail. Stock has been refinished & has losses / cracks around the side plate screw & bbl. channel. Lock will not hold cock. Good bore w/ strong rifling. (01-14476/BF). 3) HOLLIS FULLSTOCK PERCUSSION FOWLER / MUSKET. Cal. approx. .58". NSN. 30 1/4" Oct. to rnd. bbl. w/ 3 proofs on the left flat. Lock marked "I. HOLLIS & SONS" & "MAKERS TO HER MAJESTY'S WAR DEPARTMENT H&S". Iron trigger guard. Brass buttplate, serpent like side plate & bbl. thimbles. Wood ramrod. There is a 1" copper band around the stock at the muzzle. Pinned bbl. CONDITION: iron has a cleaned mottled finish. Brass has also been cleaned but is beginning to acquire patina. Stock shows discoloration & very minor cracks. Lock holds both full & half cock. Poor bore. (01-14478/BF). 4) N. KENDALL UNDERHAMMER PERCUSSION RIFLE. Cal. approx. 54. S# 9. 32" Rnd. bbl. Top of bbl. is marked "(N.)KENDALL WINDSOR VT. 6)". Nicanor Kendall was a noted gunsmith from Windsor, VT. Iron trigger guard, buttplate, sm. side plates & 4 bbl. thimbles. Replacement wooden ramrod. CONDITION: iron has a dark mottled patina. Hammer does not function, mainspring appears broken. There is some pitting around the nipple. Stock has several cracks & has been refinished. Fair bore with no apparent rifling. (01-14486/BF). ALL ANTIQUE. $1,000-1,500 for lot.

* Shipping does not begin until the following Friday. This is a multiple day event that covers our preview, our auction and James D. Julia's Auction, because of this, shipping cannot start until both auctions are done.
* Multiple winning bids will be combined to save buyer money.
* We reserve the right to not ship an item if we feel an item is too fragile or bulky for us to handle.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
