Description: 1) BLISSETT PERCUSSION HALF STOCK FOWLER. Cal. approx. 12 Ga. NSN. Rnd. bbl. 31 1/4". Back action lock is marked "BLISSETT". Iron trigger guard, buttplate & entry thimble. Brass bead front sight & nosecap. Wooden stock checkered at the wrist. Bbl. pin escutcheon appears to be German silver. There is a sm. copper escutcheon plate at the rear base of the stock. CONDITION: all iron parts have a dark oxidized patina. Brass has a mellow dark patina. Rail at the bottom of the bbl. is missing as is the ramrod. Stock shows heavy wear w/ deep gouges & marring. There is a sm. break near the front lock plate screw. Lock will not hold cock. Poor bore. (01-14498/BF). 2) PATRICK PERCUSSION CONVERSION HALF STOCK FOWLER. Cal. approx. 12 Ga. NSN. Octagon to hexadecagon (16 sided) to rnd. 36" bbl. marked on the top flat "MAKER to the DUKE of GLOUCESTER". Fowler is a drum conversion. Engraved lock is marked "PATRICK". Sm. silver inlayed plaque at breech is marked "PATRICK L. POOL". Heavily engraved bbl. tang. Engraved iron trigger guard & buttplate. Silver escutcheon at lightly checkered wrist. Iron entry thimble & bbl. thimbles w/ wooden ramrod. Horn nosecap. Silver bbl. pin escutcheons. CONDITION: all iron parts have a medium to dark patina. There is significant pitting at the muzzle & breech w/ significant vise marks near the breech. A roughly executed conversion w/ a modern replacement nipple. Stock is broken at wrist & in front of lock. Wrist has a dual iron plate repair. Wood shows heavy use & refinishing. Lock holds full & half cock. Poor bore. (01-14499/BF). 3) H. NOCK PERCUSSION CONVERSION HALF STOCK FOWLER. Cal. approx. 16 Ga. NSN. 40 1/2" Oct. to rnd. bbl. marked "LONDON" on the top flat. Fowler is a drum conversion. Iron lock marked "H. NOCK" at the base. Simply engraved brass trigger guard & buttplate. Brass entry thimble & homemade bbl. band. 2 Iron bbl. thimbles w/ oak ramrod. Black painted wooden stock. CONDITION: iron parts have a dark oxidized patina. Brass parts show a mellow aged patina. Stock is badly deteriorated w/ extra holes & numerous sm. cracks. Bbl. tang has been redrilled for an extra screw. Lock holds full & half cock. Poor bore. (01-14500/BF). 4) MARKED PERCUSSION FULL STOCK RIFLE. Cal. approx. 56. NSN. 42 1/4" Oct. to rnd. bbl. Engraved lock is only partially legible & appears to read "_ _ _ _MORE WARRANTED". Plain brass trigger guard & buttplate w/ engraved brass patchbox & rear toe plate. Brass entry & bbl. thimbles as well as nose cap. Brass bbl. pins w/ rear pin missing. Full stock appears to be maple w/ silver wire inlay near the breech & around a silver wrist escutcheon. CONDITION: iron has a heavily cleaned finish w/ evidence of severe pitting near the breech & around the lock. Brass has a mellow patina. No ramrod. Stock has losses near the breech & lock & significant wear throughout. Stock has been heavily refinished several years ago & is missing a sunrise shaped escutcheon at the cheek. Lock does not hold cock. Fair to good bore. (01-14503/BF). 5) PERCUSSION CONVERSION HALF STOCK FOWLER. Cal. approx. 18 Ga. NSN. Oct. to rnd. 42" bbl. marked "LONDON" on the top flat. Bbl. has 2 oval proof marks & the initials "R.W" on the left flat. Fowler is a drum conversion. Plain lock w/ replaced screw. Engraved brass trigger guard & buttplate. Iron ramrod. CONDITION: fowler is missing all thimbles & nosecap. Iron has a dark oxidized patina. Trigger guard has a break & an added screw at rear. Brass has a dark mottled patina. Stock has a few cracks & minor losses w/ heavy wear overall. Hammer is possibly a replacement held on by a hexagon nut. Lock will not hold cock. Poor bore. (01-14505/BF). ALL ANTIQUE. $800-1300 for lot.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.

* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
