Description: 1) WINCHESTER MODEL 1906 TAKEDOWN SLIDE ACTION. Cal. 22 S, L, LR. S# 230564B. Bbl. 20" marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS COMPANY MOD. 1906 22 SHORT-LONG OR LONG RIFLE". Sporting rear sight. Blade front sight. Tubular mag. Straight grip walnut stock w/ smooth slide handle. CONDITION: buttstock has heavy wear, dents, scratches & staining over original finish. Slide handle has wear, staining, scratches & considerable loss of finish. Action parts have 60% original blue w/ wear, dents, scratches, light oxidation. Balance of metal turning overall gray patina w/ wear, dents, scratches, oxidation & patina. Fair worn bore. (18-466/RW). CURIO. 2) ROSSI MODEL 62 SA TAKEDOWN SLIDE ACTION. Cal. 22 S, L, LR. S# G391863. Bbl. 23" marked "AMADEO ROSSI S.A. MODEL 62 SA .22 S.L.LR". Sporting rear sight. Blade front sight. Tubular mag. Grooved slide handle w/ straight grip hardwood stock. CONDITION: stock set has light wear & handling marks. Metal has 85% blue w/ thinning, wear & scratches. Bolt has notable plum hue. Very good shiny bore. (18-505/RW). Tubular mag. Hardwood stock set w/ straight grip & smooth slide handle. Unmarked tang sight adjusts for elevation & windage by unscrewing aperture. Sight hinges in center of base. CONDITION: refinished stock has extensive wear, staining, dents, & scratches. Metal has traces of blue turning overall gray patina w/ wear, dents, scratches, oxidation & fine pitting throughout. Poor worn dark bore. (18-508/RW). CURIO. 4) WINCHESTER PRE 64 MODEL 94 LEVER ACTION CARBINE. Cal. 30-30 Win. S# 1798766. Bbl. 20". Mfg. 1951. Elevation adjustable rear sight w/ hooded ramp style front sight. Blued steel action, bbl. & mag. tube. Uncheckered walnut stock w/ metal shotgun buttplate. Carbine style forend. CONDITION: lever shows a couple spots of removed oxidation. Mag. tube has 1" scratch on left side w/ sm. scuffs ahead of scratch. Some light wear at high spots. Bottom half of stock shows some mildew spotting. Remainder of wood shows minimal light wear. Near excellent. (18-552/TB). CURIO. 5) WINCHESTER MODEL 90 TAKEDOWN SLIDE ACTION. Cal. 22 LR. S# 673817A. Bbl. 24" oct. marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS COMPANY MODEL 90 .-.22 LONG RIFLE". Sporting rear sight. Bead front sight. Tubular mag. Straight grip walnut stock set. Grooved slide handle. Steel crescent rifle style buttplate. Upper tang marked " TRADEMARK WINCHESTER" & patent info. CONDITION: stock set has 50% original finish remaining w/ wear, dents, scratches & staining. Action area turning gray patina w/ wear, oxidation & light pitting throughout. Bbl. has traces of blue w/ thinning, wear, dents, light oxidation & scattered light pitting. Poor worn bore w/ appearance of pitting. (18-578/RW). CURIO. $900-1300 for lot.

POLICIES:
* Shipping does not begin until the following Friday. This is a multiple day event that covers our preview, our auction and James D. Julia's Auction, because of this, shipping cannot start until both auctions are done.
* Multiple winning bids will be combined to save buyer money.
* We reserve the right to not ship an item if we feel an item is too fragile or bulky for us to handle.
* We are happy to assist you in your shipping needs but please understand that we will try to expedite your shipment when requested, but we make no guarantee that it can be completed in such a time frame as you may request or in the manner that you may request.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
