Description: 1) WINCHESTER MODEL 52 ACTION. S# 38402. Action mfg. 1936. Has original ladder rear sight adj. for windage & elevation. Has Lyman aperture sights to fit wide receiver dovetail. Has trigger guard & trigger plate. Trigger is aftermarket adj. target type marked "LEON G THOMAS". Receiver has been modified on left side to accept trigger assembly. CONDITION: action has 60% original blue finish w/ thinning, wear & scratches. Striker does not have screw in knob assembly. (18-314/RW). 2) FN 98 ACTION. S# 1284. Commercial FN Action w/ Belgium proofs. FN logo on top of receiver ring. Marked on left side of receiver rail "FAB. NAT. D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE". Receiver drilled & tapped on top for scope mt. Trigger guard has been modified w/ lever type floorplate release. Mag. box appears to be lengthened & welded. Parts include stripped bolt body, bbl. mounted adj. rear sight, banded ramp front sight w/ detachable silver colored bead & PTG. 404 Jefferey finish reamer. CONDITION: receiver is blue. Trigger guard unfinished. Bolt polished white. (18-317/RW). 3) BRNO 98 ACTION. S# B635. Heavily worn receiver marked on top w/ "CS ST. ZBROJOVKA BRNO". Receiver drilled & tapped for scope mts. Aftermarket adj. trigger. Receiver bridge heavily ground to sporting contour. Receiver has been welded at bolt handle seat & rear of bridge. Complete bolt; handle has changed to low scope sporting type. Low scope safety. Parts include spare bolt stop, cocking piece, stock maker's screws, inletting screws, assorted pins, springs & screws. CONDITION: parts have lightly worn dark matte finish. (18-321/RW). 6) REMINGTON MODEL 1917 ACTION. S# 608579. Receiver has been drilled & tapped for scope mts. Receiver bridge & bolt stop area extensively modified by grinding & milling. Bolt has been polished bright w/ added low contour bolt handle. Bolt shroud has been modified w/ side swing safety. 2 Aftermarket trigger assemblies: 1 unmarked & 1 Timney. Parts include mag. follower & 2 Redfield 2 piece scope mt. bases plus assorted screws. CONDITION: receiver has traces of worn original finish. Work is incomplete in bridge area. Bolt polished in the white. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Dennis "Denny" Lundmark. (18-322/RW). Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
