Description: 1) CONNECTICUT VALLEY ARMS STAGHORN MAGNUM PERCUSSION RIFLE. Cal. 50. S# 61-13-101899-01. Bbl. 24" w/ 1:28 twist. Adj. fiber optic rear sight w/ fiber optic front. Drilled & tapped for scope mt. Uses 209 shotgun primer for ignition. Black synthetic Monte Carlo stock w/ cheekpiece. Composite ramrod. CONDITION: stock shows minimal handling marks. Black finish shows 1 mild rub mark on top of bbl. Near excellent bore. (01-14696/TB). ANTIQUE. 2) MOSSBERG MODEL 185D-C BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN.. Cal. 20 Ga., 2 3/4". NSN. Plain 26" bbl. w/ Mossberg screw on imp. cyl. choke. Monte Carlo walnut stock w/ black plastic finger groove trigger guard. MAGS: 1 very good 2 rd. CONDITION: very good metal finish, slightly lesser stock w/ various handling marks throughout. Very good bore. (18-373/NW). CURIO. 3) DAVIS-WARNER ARMS DAVIS DELUXE SXS SHOTGUN. Cal. 16 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 501. Matching numbered 28" bbls. measuring full/extra full. Ejector model w/ matching numbered splinter forend & iron. Pistol grip rnd. knob buttstock w/ ventilated Western Field pad. Case colored receiver having dbl. triggers. CONDITION: generally good bbl. set w/ scattered peppery oxidation & good plus bores. General patina appearance to action w/ good traces of case colors remaining. Opening lever goes slightly over center & missing its spring. Functioning ejectors & safety w/ tight lockup. Fair stock set w/out damage but numerous handling marks & crudely fitted pad. (18-479/NW). CURIO. 4) JC HIGGINS MODEL 583.23 BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". NSN. Mfg. by Mossberg for Sears having tube feed w/ plain 28" bbl. plus Multy-Choke Co. choke. Walnut stock w/ ventilated pad. CONDITION: light to medium pitting throughout w/ general patina appearance. Light handling marks on stock set w/ patina. Fair bore w/ spots of oxidation. (18-488/NW). CURIO. 5) MOSSBERG MODEL 283T BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN. 410 Ga., 3". S#1215451. Plain 24" full choke bbl., stained hardwood pistol grip stock & internal blind mag. CONDITION: very good overall w/ occasional sm. marks. Near excellent bore. (18-494/NW). MODERN. 6) JC HIGGINS MODEL 60 SEMI AUTO SHOTGUN. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". NSN. Originally long modified choked bbl. presently cut to 20". Weaver side mount set w/ Tasco 2.5X32 duplex reticle scope, mounted very low to bore. Checkered walnut stock set w/ black plastic buttplate. Mfg. by High Standard for Sears. CONDITION: peppery oxidation & light pitting throughout; light pitting confined to receiver. Slight adhesive residue on stock set from removed camo duct tape. Empty QD sling stud hole in buttstock. Numerous light marks on stock set but no damage. Very good bore w/ firing residue, near excellent optics. (18-524/NW). CURIO. 7) CRESCENT FIREARMS PEERLESS MODEL SXS SHOTGUN. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 225451. Matching numbered forend iron & 28" bbls. choked mod/full. extractors & dbl. triggers. Checkered pistol grip buttstock w/ grip cap & buttplate; corresponding splinter forend. Hammerless side lock action. CONDITION: fair exterior w/ patina, light pitting on trigger guard & numerous marks. Action locks tight w/ lever slightly over center. Good bores. (18-537/NW). CURIO. 8) L.C. SMITH F FIELD GRADE SXS SHOTGUN. 10 Ga. S# 175090. Matching numbered forend iron & 32" damascus bbls. Rear of rib marked "HUNTER ARMS CO.". Side lock action w/ dbl. exposed hammers & triggers. Checkered pistol grip buttstock w/ black hard rubber buttplate plus corresponding splinter forend. CONDITION: fair overall appearance w/ good brown pattern to bbls. Missing front bead. Right hammer spur missing. Upper portion of pistol grip area noticeably split; appearing unsafe to use w/out repair. Finish loss & handling marks on buttstock, better appearing forend. Very tight locking action w/ lever not near center yet. Fair left bore, bright w/ pitting; noticeably better right bore. Patina, peppery oxidation & light pitting throughout action & trigger guard. (18-557/NW). CURIO. $800-1200 for lot.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
