Terms and Conditions
1. We do not guarantee that there are not any defects on the website and service we provide. Also, we may change or stop any contents and specifications of service without a notice.
2. Bid authority is the limitation of the total amount for your bidding. If you want to bid over amount of your bid authority, you need to pay deposit. you bid authority in this is multiplied by 50 to the deposit. The minimum deposit is $1k. If you paid the deposit and you did not make the successful bid, the deposit will be refunded. The fees occurred in this process should be paid by the bidder. Please contact us if we and the user are acquainted with each other. you might gain more bid authority without a deposit.
3.If there is a problem (exhibition cancelled, miss description, etc) on the item, your bid might be invalid. When problems occurred on the auction, we have all rights of decision for solving problems.
4.Your bed cannot be canceled without correct reason.
5.Make sure no to mistake setting price for your bid. The responsibility of the bid belongs to the bidder and miss-bid can't be canceled or changed.
6.When you won the bid, the bidder pays the transaction fee (it doesn't include any other Tax or Fee) as below:
a: The bid price under or equal 50,000USD: the bidder pays 18% of the bid price for the transaction fee;
b: The bid price over 50,000USD: the bidder pays "18% of the 50,0000USD plus 15%of the amount over 50000USD" for the transaction fee;
7.If we receive none of request, purchase goods will be shipped to the registered address. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
8. Please make all payment with USD within 14 days from the sale closed, Cost of money transfer and shipping expense will be borne by the bidder.
9. If the bidder does not make all payment regardless of the 14 days have passed, the qualification of joining our auction might be canceled.
10.Please receive purchase goods earlier as possible, If the goods are not received within 30 days from the sale, you will be charged storage fee.
11.We will accept returns only within 20 days from the sale, except in the case of the following:
a: The item was previewed publicly before bid;
b: The condition of the item has been significantly changed.
c: The buyer previewed the item before bid.
d: There is a description of non-returnable or special notes.
e: Payments has not been made within days from the sale.
f: missed bid
g: The reason lacks legitimacy.
12. The description of each item is written for reference of a participant and it does not guarantee evidence of the item's price. Also, images of each item do not guarantee the color, condition of the item. We are no response to the law by the description of the catalog. Please check items directly in the preview if it is possible, and join the auction at the participant's own discretion and responsibility.
13. We and the exhibitor are not responsible for damages, repairs, and defects of items. We will not accept return by the reason for damages, repairs, and defects even if it is within a returnable period.
