ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND COLLECTED BY MONDAY 6PM AFTER THE SALE TO AVOID A 10% PLUS VAT LATE CHARGE BEING ADDED TO EACH PURCHASED LOT. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS REQUIRING SHIPPING OR DELIVERY WILL NOT PAY LATE CHARGES FOR ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME. Weekend collections are available.

Buyers premium 18.5%, plus VAT on commission
Minimum commission £2.00 per lot
All measurement's are approximate.
Additional £1.00 per invoice charged per statement.
The bidding increments deemed appropriate for any Lot shall be at the auctioneer's sole discretion.
The buyer shall at their own risk and expense take away any Lots that the buyer purchased and paid for no later than 2 working days following the day of the auction or upon the clearance of any bank transfer used for payment. After the buyer shall be responsible for any removal, storage and or damage incurred to items.
REMEDIES FOR NON-PAYMENT OR FAILURE TO COLLECT PURCHASES
(1) If any Lot is not paid for in full and taken away in accordance with these
Conditions or if there is any other breach of these Conditions, we, as agent for the seller and on our own behalf, shall at our absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other rights we may have, be entitled to exercise one or more of the following rights and remedies:
(a) To proceed against the buyer for damages for breach of contract;
(b) To rescind the sale of that Lot and/or any other Lots sold by us to the buyer;
(c) to resell the Lot (by auction or private treaty) in which case the buyer shall be responsible for any resulting deficiency in the total amount due (after crediting any part payment and adding any resale costs). Any surplus so arising shall belong to the seller;
(d) To remove, store and insure the Lot at the buyers' expense and, in the case of storage, either at our premises or elsewhere

All items must be paid for within 2 working days
Full payment of all items must be paid to Laganside Auctions in person by means of cash, bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
We do not accept American Express or cheques
For purchasers not present at our premises payment must be made by banker's draft or bank transfer in pounds sterling (details on request)
International buyers will incur an additional £20 for bank transfer charge. This will be added to the invoice.
(The purchaser has the option to pay all bank charges at their end, therefore removing our charges)

All items must be picked up, no later than 2 working days after the auction, unless prior arrangements have been agreed with Laganside Auctions.
