Payment will be accepted during and after the sale. Payments must be completed by within 3-5 business days following each auction. also your online payment credit card will be charged 4 days after invoice sent if no payment recieved.
**NOTE** For purchases exceeding $5,000 USD, payment must be made via Cashiers/personal/bank/business check, money order, or wire transfer. Please contact us for additional clarification on terms.
**Failure to pay for your purchases or failure to remove your merchandise by the given deadline may result in forfeiture. In either case, your name may be removed from the bidders list. In addition, future bids from those bidders not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of sale may not be accepted by Designer Homes.
Buyer's Premium: We charge a 30% buyer's premium on all winning lots
Florida Sales Tax: Florida State sales tax will be applied to auction invoices of FLORIDA Bidders ONLY.
A completed tax exemption certificate is required at time of registration for all buyers who wish to qualify for tax exemption. Buyer is responsible for payment for all successful bids. Any item not paid for by the deadline may be returned to the sales floor and will be eligible for resale.
All taxes assessed or imposed by the United States, the State of Texas, or any other government entity on this transaction will be paid by the buyer direct to the agency due, if applicable.

-shipping charge will include with the invoice. package will be sent to the confirmed address (address should be the same as the invoice, if you moved or wanted to send to another address, please let me know immediately by calling 863-255-8889). If invoice including shipping not paid after 4 days, auction house will charge customer's credit card or debit card on file via invaluable without the shipping cost and merchandise will be out sourced to our local ups store and they will contact you for shipping information.
- LARGER QUANTITY and/or LARGER SIZE and/or FRAGILE items are dropped off at a local UPS Store (store# 4056) once invoice is paid in full. Local UPS Store will contact winning bidder via e-mail with shipping and packaging quote. Simply reply to that e-mail or call them directly at 863-709-1141 option 1, with payment. Once shipping payment received package will be sent to the confirmed address. However if you have any concern please call me (David) at 863-255-8889 and will try to resolve any issues. paypal prefer
