If a condition statement is absent, it does not imply the lot is in good condition or free from wear and tear.

Taxes: Local Tax rate of 9% Apply.
Payment: We accept Money Order, Cashier's Check, Bank Wire, Check, and major credit cards. Winning lots will be released once paid in full. Please note that effective April 1, 2016, your credit card may be charged after 4 days of sending you the invoice.
Shipping: We only provide in-house packing for small and medium items, with UPS or USPS shipping service. For all other items, buyers can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a list of recommended local shippers, or use buyer's own shipping service providers. Buyer's must fill out, sign, and date Shipping Release Form (Available on our website) before we can release the winning lots to buyer's designated shipper.
