PRECIOUS METALS, GEMSTONES & COINS: All precious metal weights are approximate and include gemstones when present. Gold karats are approximate when tested. Gemstone sizes are estimated. Coin grading, unless by a third party, are an opinion only.

Pick Up Information:

All Pick Up's are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AFTER INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. Occasionally, the location of purchased items is not at Cordier Auctions in Harrisburg, PA. The location address will be provided to winning bidders on invoice.

SCHEDULING A PICK UP: Pick up times will be available between Tuesday & Friday 10am-4pm during the week following the auction. After payment, visit our Pick Up Page to schedule your appointment. 24 hour notice required for ALL PICK UPS. You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment is confirmed. There may not be anyone to assist you at pick up, as our personnel who are capable of handling large items are often away on pick-ups. It is your responsibility to bring help, equipment and packing materials.

IMPORTANT: Items must be picked up or scheduled for shipment within two weeks of the auction date.

Storage:

If you are unable to remove your purchases within 14 days following the auction, we can provide storage for $5 per item/lot per day. Pick up of stored items to be scheduled during appointment times available, 24 hour notice required. Items not removed within 30 days of the auction date will be considered abandoned and become property of Cordier Auctions.

Firearms Information:

Cordier Auctions is a Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). All firearms are processed according to ATF regulations.

Registration Fees (Pick Up Only): A $15 per gun transaction fee will be assessed for gun registration; $10 per gun transaction fee for each additional gun registration.

Shipping Fees: All firearms shipments require insurance and an adult signature. Shipping, handling, and insurance will be applied to each item purchased - we will pack multiple items of similar size and type together when possible, to economize costs. Shipping and insurance are at cost.

Packing/handling fees: $25 for the first long gun, $15 for each additional long gun; $10 for the first hand gun, $5 for each additional hand gun. Any winning bidder outside the continental US must make arrangements with an FFL Importer/Exporter and is responsible for all shipping costs related to Cordier Auctions and to the Importer/Exporter.

Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping from receipt of payment. You will receive an emailed tracking number once your package has shipped.
