Large format, with a wide border shows arange of sugar-farming work, all amusingly drawn, as well as beet-plants, blocks of sugar, crushing- and boiling-plant, the factory at Montesson (near Versailles), and more. The very black background to the pictures contrasts well with the blue paper.Very early date - the earliest French sugar share we know. Rarity 10.
