1. ALL GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DETERMINE VALUE, CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY. WRITTEN AND ORAL DESCRIPTIONS ARE OUR OPINIONS AND SHOULD IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS A GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND AS TO AUTHENTICITY, AGE, CONDITION, MATERIALS OR ANY OTHER FEATURE OF ITEMS BEING SOLD. 2. FOR NON-INTERNET BUYERS, A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 18% IS ADDED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF EVERY ITEM SOLD, THIS WILL BE DISCOUNTED TO 15% IF PAID BY CASH OR CHECK. THE PURCHASER MUST ALSO PAY 7% NEW JERSEY SALES TAX ON THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING PREMIUM. A STATE OF NEW JERSEY OR OUT OF STATE EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE MUST BE COMPLETED AND BE ON FILE TO BE EXEMPT FROM PAYING SALES TAX OR THE PURCHASED ITEMS MUST SHIPPED OUT OF NJ TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE STATE SALES TAX.
ALL INTERNET BIDDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 21% BUYERS PREMIUM WITH NO DISCOUNT APPLICABLE (this includes the artfact buyers fee).

3. IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE, THE DECISION OF THE AUCTIONEER AND RECORD OF SALE KEPT BY THE AUCTION GALLERY WILL BE THE SOLE AND FINAL REMEDY. THE AUCTIONEER MAY REJECT ANY BID. THE AUCTIONEER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING AN ITEM “AS IS”. IT IS UP TO THE BUYER TO INSPECT EACH ITEM BEFORE BIDDING.

4. THE PURCHASER ASSUMES COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS AT ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WORD “SOLD”.
