For all other bidding formats (telephone and absentee bids), valid credit card information is required at the time of registration. 1stbid will treat this credit card as the method of payment for all outstanding invoices. At the conclusion of the auction, we will charge this credit card for any winning bids. If the credit card purchase is declined, 1stbid reserves the right to begin collection proceedings, up to and including legal action. The purchaser will be liable for all costs associated with those proceedings. By registering, in person or online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
