Payment

Payment for items will be separate from shipping !!! After items are paid in full they will be delivered for shipment. All items will be shipped through Postal Connections and shipping costs paid directly to them. Buyers are responsible for payment of the item purchase price, buyer's premium, state sales tax (if applicable), shipping, and insurance.
All merchandise must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice. If you have a credit card on file with Auction Zip or Invaluable, your card will be automatically charged for any unpaid invoice. Any items not paid in full after seven (7) days will be forfeited and placed back up for sale at a future auction.
In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, Olde Tyme Auctions will proceed with the legal steps necessary to protect its interests and will block the bidder from future auction participation.
Payment from International Bidders: International bidders will be required to pay via credit card through the Auction Zip website. We can not accept any other form of payment.

Shipping Terms

Buyers will pay cost to ship items ! Actual cost will be calculated after the auction is over by Postal Connections 211 Pauline Drive York, Pa. 17402 Phone number 717-718-1773. They will contact you with shipping costs, that includes the shipping & handling and insurance.
SHIPPING PRICE WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE ADDRESS ON YOUR AUCTION ZIP ACCOUNT. IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT PLEASE LET THEM KNOW RIGHT AWAY AS THIS CAN AFFECT THE SHIPPING COST.
Invoice may come to your junk mail box - please be on the lookout.
It is the bidder's responsibility to take shipping, handling, and insurance costs into consideration when bidding on items.
Local Buyers: Arrangements can be made with Olde Tyme Auctions immediately after the sale for pickup of items and shipping fees will not be incurred.
Shipping: All shipping will be handled through Postal Connections after payment is received for item or items purchased online. Payment for shipping will be separate and paid directly to Postal Connections.
Damages During Shipment: If a buyer receives a damaged package, it is their responsibility to contact the shipping company to file the appropriate shipping claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - Olde Tyme Auctions has the capability to ship to international bidders. By law, Olde Tyme Aucitons cannot, and will not, declare lesser values for any international purchases and all shipments will include the invoice with purchase totals including the buyer's premium and shipping cost. All international bidders are responsible for knowing their country's laws on importing items and for paying all customs and duties on the items. International shipment charges will be determined after auction end and the buyer will be notified by Postal Connections once payment is made to auction on items and billed accordingly.

Some Items will not be eligible for shipping do to size, weight, or how fragile it is. Items not eligible for shipping will be clearly marked in each auction.

Bidding

Bidding increments are pre-set in the Auction Zip system but may be changed during the live sale at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer may also choose to accept a floor bid as the opening bid followed by any internet bids.
