Credit Cards: We accept credit cards for payment for any winning online bidders at all sales. We require credit card information to bid, and may use it for payment if you are the winning bidder.
Contract Information: Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you’re serious about buying the item. If you are the successful bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding. We are a small auction house and need to ship things quickly to make room for new items coming in. Please complete your transactions with us promptly so that you can pick your items up or we can have them shipped to you quickly! (Please see our “Pick Up” policies page to avoid incurring storage fees.)
Payment Information: Payment is due no later than 3 business days after the sale. We prefer Paypal and accept cash, approved check, Visa and MasterCard.
Shipping Information: Buyers pay all shipping, insurance and packaging supply costs. We do not have a shipping and handling department in the gallery, therefore arranging shipping with a third party is the buyer’s responsibility. PLEASE NOTE! Shipping furniture is expensive! Please do not bid on large items unless you are willing to pay their transport. Shippers can often give you an estimate before you place your bid.
