Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Catalogue Descriptions
Wiederseim Associates, Inc. has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property is being sold "As Is", "Where Is". No statement in a catalogue, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere by any representative or person in the employ of Wiederseim Associates, Inc. shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance, material of manufacture, metal content or assay, stone identification, weight, or size measurement, or historical relevance of any of the items offered for sale. Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. If a lot description contains the phrase "As Found" it indicates that there are general "issues /difficulties." The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Wiederseim Associates Inc. will endeavor to provide additional information as a courtesy, but it is only an opinion and should not be regarded as a statement of fact.
