Description: ASSORTED CONTINENTAL MINIATURE LAMPS, LOT OF TWO, comprising a cased ruby French bee-hive form cigar/miniature example, colorless applied diminutive foot, matching ball-form chimney-shade; and a ruby to colorless cut overlay Bohemian example, bell-form font with stylized cuttings of panels, slashes and diamonds, non-matching cut overlay chimney-shade with punties and vines, period collars. Fitted with period burners.
Dimensions: 9" H to top of chimney-shade, 3 7/8" H to top of collar, 2" D base and 10 5/8" H to top of chimney-shade, 5" H to top of collar, 1 7/8" D foot.
Medium: Late 19th and 20th century.
Condition Report: Very good overall condition, French lamp and each chimney-shade undamaged, cut overlay example with several ring collar flakes and wear to body. Acorn burner undamaged, remaining with corrosion and lacking cover sleeve on stem.
