The Auctioneer makes no warranty as to condition and shall not be responsible for any defects in any Lot. All goods are available for public exhibition and for Internet buyer's the condition is described in the listings. Item descriptions, dimensions and estimates are provided for guidance only. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all lots prior to bidding to ensure that the condition is to their satisfaction. If potential buyers are unable to inspect lots in person, we will be happy to provide any requested information. As noted before, these are for guidance only, and all lots will be sold as is! Assets are subject to additions and deletions.

Payment, All payments are due in US funds by cash, Credit Card, Check, or Bank Transfer immediately at conclusion of auction. A buyer's premium of 13% of the hammer price, plus 5% AuctionZip Live Bidding Fee, shall be added to each purchase for Internet purchases. The premium is added to the purchaser's successful bid and the two together equal the total purchase price. The tax is computed on the total purchase price (hereinafter the total purchase price and applicable sales tax will be referred to as the 'Total Amount Due').

Taxes A 6% Md.. sales Tax will be collected unless you have proof of current MD Tax Number and identification with you on Auction Date. You must submit proof of this tax exemption when registering to save time at checkout!

Premium, a 13% buyers premium will be charged for any and all online, proxy or telephone bids that result in a purchase of merchandise!
All on site buyers are required to make payment immediately at the conclusion of auction!

It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Leaman Auctions Ltd. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Leaman Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Leaman Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and where is and that they become the owner when the "Hammer" drops!! Bidder may not return any item they purchase for any reason.

Leaman Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Seller and Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Leaman Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Leaman Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Leaman Auctions reserves the right to re-catalog items in this auction.


Shipping Seller and Auction company will assist in Shipping and loading out of items. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. We will assist in finding shipping at buyers expense for those that may need assistance.

Load out and pickup arrangements; we will assist in loading out of the buildings at no cost to you the buyer, No loading until auction is concluded, we will have someone onsite Saturday & Sunday with an appointment for pickup. After Sunday a 24 hour advance notice and an appointment will be needed. If you are an online customer your items will be moved to our location in Willow Street, Pa. 17584 Sunday evening the 30th. We will be shipping from there unless you request to pickup at our location. We would like your items picked up within one week, or we will assist in finding shippers. Packaging for a fee is available.
Auction company will box and ship by UPS or USPS. Leaman Auctions, Ltd. will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by shipping companies. If a purchase arrives damaged and the shipping company denies the claim for damages it is not Leaman Auctions responsibility to make it right. If there are any damages to package after it leaves our premises it will be your responsibility to file a claim through the postal or UPS services. Shipping by UPS and USPS will be available at cost plus reasonable Packaging and Handling. Minimum Packaging and Handling will be $5.95 and we will combine items as feasible to keep your costs down. We will assist in crating and finding transportation for larger items at buyers expense for those that may need assistance. Minimum crating fee will be $50. We will also hold in storage for those that want to pickup there own items at a later date. Cost of this will be based on size and time elapsed. But the first week will be at no cost!!

Generally, all internet items shipped out of state are tax free sales. You must have your license and identification on file or in hand or we will be collecting as the law requires. Any purchaser claiming an exemption yet unable to provide proof at the time of payment will be required to pay the tax to Leaman Auctions and seek a refund from the State of Maryland.
