2.0 Terms and Conditions of Sale - Sellers

2.01 Principal
The seller sells the lot as the principal to the contract for sale, such contract being made between the seller and buyer through Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited which acts in the sole capacity as the seller's agent and not as an additional principal.

2.02 Authentification
2.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.
2.02.2 Autographs suspected to be non-authentic during the screening process will not be placed for auction into lots and will be returned to sellers, the cost of return being borne by the seller.
2.02.3 Whilst Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited take all reasonable steps to screen autographs for authenticity provided to them for inclusion in an auction, Autographs Auctions Worldwide Limited does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the authenticity of autographs sold through the auction.
2.02.4 By submitting autographs to auction the seller confirms to the best of their knowledge that the autographs they submit are authentic.

2.03 Description of Lots
2.03.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue a description of the lot on behalf of the seller.
2.03.2 Descriptions and photographs contained in the catalogue are deemed as for identification purposes only and may not show the true condition of the lot as photographs are not a substitute for physical examination.
2.03.3 The seller confirms that the lot corresponds with the contractual description of the lot in the catalogue and with any photograph of the lot in the catalogue.
2.03.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.

2.04 Condition of Lots
2.04.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue an opinion on behalf of the seller of the condition of the lot.
2.04.2 All lots are sold to the buyer on an "as is" basis with all faults and imperfections.
2.04.3 The seller does not make and does not agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty, or representation of fact in relation to the satisfactory quality of the lot.
2.04.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.

2.05 Value Estimates of Lots
2.05.1 Estimates are an indication Autograph Autographs Worldwide Limited provides in the catalogue, on behalf of the seller of the range in which it is considered the hammer price might vest at auction for the lot, net of buying fees and VAT.
2.05.2 Any estimate should not be relied on as an indication of the actual selling price or value of a lot.
2.05.3 The seller is under no obligation to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited to accept the opinion of Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited with respect to a value estimate of a lot and Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited owes the seller no duty other than that of the provision of an honest opinion either in contract or tort in relation to anything stated or represented (expressly or by implication) to the seller about the lot and no such statement or representation will be incorporated into this agreement and any liability under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 will be limited to the amount of any seller commission fee payable.
2.05.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.
2.05.5 Unless a seller confirms with Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited a reserve price for a lot, the auctioneer will assume the minimum estimate is the reserve price.

2.06 Ownership
2.06.1 The seller undertakes to the buyer that they are the owner of the lot or is duly authorised to sell the lot by the owner and sells the lot with full title guarantee according in every respect with the terms implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2.06.2 The seller has complied with all requirements, legal or otherwise, relating to any export or import of the lot, and all duties and taxes in respect of the export or import of the lot have been paid.
2.06.3 If it transpires that there is doubt cast over the ownership and control of a lot, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to retain a lot whilst investigations are in progress upon the true ownership of it and once such investigations are concluded will return the lot to the person who is identified as the legal owner, unless, the force of legal proceedings or the conclusion of the investigation dictates it should be returned elsewhere. Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right In the case of doubt over ownership of a lot that occurs during the course of a transaction to nullify all agreements that pertain to it with immediate effect.

2.07 Lot Content
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right divide any lot into smaller lots or, combine two or more lots, as it deems fit.

2.08 Lot Withdrawal
2.08.1 A seller can withdraw a lot up to 3 days prior to a sale without charge other than the cost of return shipping.
2.08.2 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited can withdraw a lot for sale at any time and will charge the owner of the lot for return shipping if there are doubts cast over its authenticity or ownership.

2.09 Unsold Lots
2.09.1 If the lot is unsold at the sale for reasons other than lot withdrawal as described in section 2.08, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited will provide the seller with the option to:
2.09.1.1 Re-enter the lot at a future auction at a revised bidding estimate range.
2.09.1.2 Have the lot returned to the seller who will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.10 Seller Contract of Sale for Lots
2.10.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately a contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the seller. The seller then becomes liable for the seller commission and VAT thereupon (if applicable) and is owed net of these elements the hammer price of each lot that has been sold in their name.
2.10.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

2.11 Charges Payable by the Seller
2.11.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the seller are the seller's commission and VAT (if applicable).
2.11.2 Charges are shown on the seller invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

2.12 Income Receivable by the Seller
2.12.1 Income associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer is the hammer price.

2.13 Transfer of Title
2.13.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full to, and received in cleared funds.
2.13.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contract for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.
>To take legal proceedings against the buyer for any sum due under the contract for sale and/or damages for breach of contract and be entitled to interest on any monies due at the annual rate of 2.5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.

2.14 Payment to the Seller
2.14.1 Payment for lots to the seller is expected within 30 calendar days of the auction, provided the buyer has settled their payment due for the lot.
2.14.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer (international or domestic), cheque, PayPal or Worldpay net of any bank or clearing house processing fees (if applicable).

2.15 Authenticity Disputes
The seller, should be aware that any dispute concerning the authenticity of an autograph sold in a lot through the auction is a matter that must be resolved between the buyer and the seller in accordance with their contract of sale between one another.

2.16 Privacy Policy
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited has a policy of maintaining the privacy of buyer and seller details, except, where a lot has been sold by a seller to a buyer and the buyer has expressed doubt over the authenticity of the lot and has obtained the opinion on the lot's authenticity from two independent, respected authenticators who both confer that the lot contains a forged autograph/s. In this situation, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, who promote the transfer of only authentic autographs will release seller details to the buyer in order that they can resolve the dispute between themselves.

2.17 Indemnity
2.17.1 You, the seller agree to indemnify Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses and losses arising from:
2.17.1.1 Any actual or alleged breach of any undertaking or obligation by you to us, whether by act or omission or otherwise.
2.17.1.2 Any injury, loss or damage caused to any person by you.
2.17.1.3 Our exercising any of our rights, powers and/or duties under any of the terms of this contract.
2.17.1.4 Your fraud and our exercising any of our rights or powers under the terms of this contract in the event of fraud.
2.17.1.5 Any error, mis-description or omission in any description of the lot or any estimate in relation to it, so long as it was not caused by a breach of our duty to you under this agreement to exercise reasonable skill and care.
2.17.2 You, the seller agree to notify us immediately (and in any event before the sale) in writing, by recorded delivery, to the company address or by email if there is anything in either the entry and/or the catalogue in relation to the lot which you are aware is, or may be, inaccurate or incorrect or, in the case of any description of the lot, incomplete in any material respect.

2.18 Auctioneer Disclaimer
2.18.1 Any descriptions, estimates or opinions given by us or on our behalf will be honestly given, using such skill and care as is reasonable given our specialist knowledge and experience as concerns the subject matter.
2.18.2 Save that any description, estimate or opinion is honestly given with the degree of skill and care referred to in paragraph 2.18.1 we neither make nor agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty or representation of fact in relation to any such description, estimate or opinion or in relation to the accuracy of anything stated in or represented by any expression of that description, estimate or opinion.

2.19 Authority to Dispose of an Unsold Lot
2.19.1 If a lot is unsold at the sale, we (as your sole and exclusive agent) will contact you within 28 days of the end of the sale to establish if you wish to:
2.19.1.1 Engage us to re-sell the lot on your behalf at a future auction at a lower price point.
2.19.1.2 Send the lot back to you at your cost to ship.
2.19.2 If we have not received any response to you for two months after having contacted you to determine what you want us to do with an unsold lot we reserve the right to dispose of it in such manner as we think ?t. We will give you seven days notice of such disposal to allow you to arrange collection for it if you wish.

2.20 Insurance
2.20.1 All autographs whilst awaiting auction and their subsequent shipping to their legal owner post auction that are deemed thereby in transition and therefore under the caretakership of Autographs Autographs Worldwide Limited are placed into lots and lots are insured at their mid-range value estimate provided in the catalogue.

3.0 Terms and Conditions of Sale - Buyers

3.01 Agency
3.01.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited functions as an agent to sell a lot placed by a seller.
3.01.2 Any representation Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited make in respect of a lot is made on behalf of the seller.

3.02 Authentification
3.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.

3.06 The Sale
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right to withdraw a lot from sale or include a late entry at any time.

3.07 Bids
3.07.1 Bids for lots can be made through one of the electronic bidding platforms Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited uses or can be provided to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited via email, telephone or post. Email, telephone or post bids need to be received 3 days prior to the commencement of an auction to be valid. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure bids are received by postal method 3 days before auction commencement.
3.07.2 Any dispute as to the highest bid will be settled by the auctioneer at his absolute discretion.
3.07.3 If several bidders submit identical bids for a lot then the first bid received takes precedence.

3.08 Buyer Contract of Sale for Lots
3.08.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately the contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the buyer. The buyer then becomes liable for the purchase (hammer price), buyer premium, VAT and postage and packaging as per the respective contracts.
3.08.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

3.09 Charges Payable by the Buyer
3.09.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer are the hammer price.
3.09.2 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the buyer are the buyer's premium, VAT (if applicable) and postage and insurance costs.
3.09.3 Charges are shown on the buyer invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

3.10 Transfer of Title
3.10.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full.
3.10.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contracts for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.

3.011 Payment from the Buyer
3.011.1 Payment for lots is expected within 7 working days of invoice presentation to you, the buyer.
3.011.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer (international or domestic), cheque payable to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, PayPal, Worldpay or card (note credit cards incur a 2.5% surcharge). Cleared funds must be available before goods are shipped.

3.012 Shipping
3.012.1 All lots sold are insured and shipped via recorded delivery and shipping is charged for at cost price.
3.012.2 It is your sole responsibility to comply with all export and import regulations relating to your purchases and meet any import costs.
3.012.3 Any damages or losses incurred as a result of postage will be claimed by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited upon receipt of the necessary damage or loss information from the buyer, from the courier and the buyer will be reimbursed accordingly once monies have been recovered from the courier by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited.

2.01 Principal
The seller sells the lot as the principal to the contract for sale, such contract being made between the seller and buyer through Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited which acts in the sole capacity as the seller's agent and not as an additional principal.

2.02 Authentification
2.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.
2.02.2 Autographs suspected to be non-authentic during the screening process will not be placed for auction into lots and will be returned to sellers, the cost of return being borne by the seller.
2.02.3 Whilst Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited take all reasonable steps to screen autographs for authenticity provided to them for inclusion in an auction, Autographs Auctions Worldwide Limited does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the authenticity of autographs sold through the auction.
2.02.4 By submitting autographs to auction the seller confirms to the best of their knowledge that the autographs they submit are authentic.

2.03 Description of Lots
2.03.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue a description of the lot on behalf of the seller.
2.03.2 Descriptions and photographs contained in the catalogue are deemed as for identification purposes only and may not show the true condition of the lot as photographs are not a substitute for physical examination.
2.03.3 The seller confirms that the lot corresponds with the contractual description of the lot in the catalogue and with any photograph of the lot in the catalogue.
2.03.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.

2.04 Condition of Lots

2.05 Value Estimates of Lots
2.05.1 Estimates are an indication Autograph Autographs Worldwide Limited provides in the catalogue, on behalf of the seller of the range in which it is considered the hammer price might vest at auction for the lot, net of buying fees and VAT.
2.05.2 Any estimate should not be relied on as an indication of the actual selling price or value of a lot.
2.05.3 The seller is under no obligation to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited to accept the opinion of Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited with respect to a value estimate of a lot and Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited owes the seller no duty other than that of the provision of an honest opinion either in contract or tort in relation to anything stated or represented (expressly or by implication) to the seller about the lot and no such statement or representation will be incorporated into this agreement and any liability under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 will be limited to the amount of any seller commission fee payable.
2.05.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.
2.05.5 Unless a seller confirms with Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited a reserve price for a lot, the auctioneer will assume the minimum estimate is the reserve price.

2.06 Ownership
2.06.1 The seller undertakes to the buyer that they are the owner of the lot or is duly authorised to sell the lot by the owner and sells the lot with full title guarantee according in every respect with the terms implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2.06.2 The seller has complied with all requirements, legal or otherwise, relating to any export or import of the lot, and all duties and taxes in respect of the export or import of the lot have been paid.
2.06.3 If it transpires that there is doubt cast over the ownership and control of a lot, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to retain a lot whilst investigations are in progress upon the true ownership of it and once such investigations are concluded will return the lot to the person who is identified as the legal owner, unless, the force of legal proceedings or the conclusion of the investigation dictates it should be returned elsewhere. Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right In the case of doubt over ownership of a lot that occurs during the course of a transaction to nullify all agreements that pertain to it with immediate effect.

2.07 Lot Content
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right divide any lot into smaller lots or, combine two or more lots, as it deems fit.

2.08 Lot Withdrawal
2.08.1 A seller can withdraw a lot up to 3 days prior to a sale without charge other than the cost of return shipping.
2.08.2 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited can withdraw a lot for sale at any time and will charge the owner of the lot for return shipping if there are doubts cast over its authenticity or ownership.

2.09 Unsold Lots
2.09.1 If the lot is unsold at the sale for reasons other than lot withdrawal as described in section 2.08, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited will provide the seller with the option to:
2.09.1.1 Re-enter the lot at a future auction at a revised bidding estimate range.
2.09.1.2 Have the lot returned to the seller who will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.10 Seller Contract of Sale for Lots
2.10.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately a contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the seller. The seller then becomes liable for the seller commission and VAT thereupon (if applicable) and is owed net of these elements the hammer price of each lot that has been sold in their name.
2.10.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

2.11 Charges Payable by the Seller
2.11.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the seller are the seller's commission and VAT (if applicable).
2.11.2 Charges are shown on the seller invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

2.12 Income Receivable by the Seller
2.12.1 Income associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer is the hammer price.

2.13 Transfer of Title
2.13.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full to, and received in cleared funds.
2.13.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contract for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.
>To take legal proceedings against the buyer for any sum due under the contract for sale and/or damages for breach of contract and be entitled to interest on any monies due at the annual rate of 2.5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.

2.14 Payment to the Seller
2.14.1 Payment for lots to the seller is expected within 30 calendar days of the auction, provided the buyer has settled their payment due for the lot.
2.14.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer (international or domestic), cheque, PayPal or Worldpay net of any bank or clearing house processing fees (if applicable).

2.15 Authenticity Disputes
The seller, should be aware that any dispute concerning the authenticity of an autograph sold in a lot through the auction is a matter that must be resolved between the buyer and the seller in accordance with their contract of sale between one another.

2.16 Privacy Policy
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited has a policy of maintaining the privacy of buyer and seller details, except, where a lot has been sold by a seller to a buyer and the buyer has expressed doubt over the authenticity of the lot and has obtained the opinion on the lot's authenticity from two independent, respected authenticators who both confer that the lot contains a forged autograph/s. In this situation, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, who promote the transfer of only authentic autographs will release seller details to the buyer in order that they can resolve the dispute between themselves.

2.17 Indemnity
2.17.1 You, the seller agree to indemnify Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses and losses arising from:
2.17.1.1 Any actual or alleged breach of any undertaking or obligation by you to us, whether by act or omission or otherwise.
2.17.1.2 Any injury, loss or damage caused to any person by you.
2.17.1.3 Our exercising any of our rights, powers and/or duties under any of the terms of this contract.
2.17.1.4 Your fraud and our exercising any of our rights or powers under the terms of this contract in the event of fraud.
2.17.1.5 Any error, mis-description or omission in any description of the lot or any estimate in relation to it, so long as it was not caused by a breach of our duty to you under this agreement to exercise reasonable skill and care.
2.17.2 You, the seller agree to notify us immediately (and in any event before the sale) in writing, by recorded delivery, to the company address or by email if there is anything in either the entry and/or the catalogue in relation to the lot which you are aware is, or may be, inaccurate or incorrect or, in the case of any description of the lot, incomplete in any material respect.

2.18 Auctioneer Disclaimer
2.18.1 Any descriptions, estimates or opinions given by us or on our behalf will be honestly given, using such skill and care as is reasonable given our specialist knowledge and experience as concerns the subject matter.
2.18.2 Save that any description, estimate or opinion is honestly given with the degree of skill and care referred to in paragraph 2.18.1 we neither make nor agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty or representation of fact in relation to any such description, estimate or opinion or in relation to the accuracy of anything stated in or represented by any expression of that description, estimate or opinion.

2.19 Authority to Dispose of an Unsold Lot
2.19.1 If a lot is unsold at the sale, we (as your sole and exclusive agent) will contact you within 28 days of the end of the sale to establish if you wish to:
2.19.1.1 Engage us to re-sell the lot on your behalf at a future auction at a lower price point.
2.19.1.2 Send the lot back to you at your cost to ship.
2.19.2 If we have not received any response to you for two months after having contacted you to determine what you want us to do with an unsold lot we reserve the right to dispose of it in such manner as we think ?t. We will give you seven days notice of such disposal to allow you to arrange collection for it if you wish.

2.20 Insurance
2.20.1 All autographs whilst awaiting auction and their subsequent shipping to their legal owner post auction that are deemed thereby in transition and therefore under the caretakership of Autographs Autographs Worldwide Limited are placed into lots and lots are insured at their mid-range value estimate provided in the catalogue.

3.07 Bids
3.07.1 Bids for lots can be made through one of the electronic bidding platforms Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited uses or can be provided to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited via email, telephone or post. Email, telephone or post bids need to be received 3 days prior to the commencement of an auction to be valid. 3.012 Shipping

2.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.
2.02.2 Autographs suspected to be non-authentic during the screening process will not be placed for auction into lots and will be returned to sellers, the cost of return being borne by the seller.
2.02.3 Whilst Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited take all reasonable steps to screen autographs for authenticity provided to them for inclusion in an auction, Autographs Auctions Worldwide Limited does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the authenticity of autographs sold through the auction.
2.02.4 By submitting autographs to auction the seller confirms to the best of their knowledge that the autographs they submit are authentic.

2.03 Description of Lots
2.03.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue a description of the lot on behalf of the seller.
2.03.2 Descriptions and photographs contained in the catalogue are deemed as for identification purposes only and may not show the true condition of the lot as photographs are not a substitute for physical examination.

2.05.2 Any estimate should not be relied on as an indication of the actual selling price or value of a lot.
2.05.3 The seller is under no obligation to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited to accept the opinion of Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited with respect to a value estimate of a lot and Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited owes the seller no duty other than that of the provision of an honest opinion either in contract or tort in relation to anything stated or represented (expressly or by implication) to the seller about the lot and no such statement or representation will be incorporated into this agreement and any liability under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 will be limited to the amount of any seller commission fee payable.
2.05.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.
2.05.5 Unless a seller confirms with Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited a reserve price for a lot, the auctioneer will assume the minimum estimate is the reserve price.

2.06 Ownership
2.06.1 The seller undertakes to the buyer that they are the owner of the lot or is duly authorised to sell the lot by the owner and sells the lot with full title guarantee according in every respect with the terms implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2.06.2 The seller has complied with all requirements, legal or otherwise, relating to any export or import of the lot, and all duties and taxes in respect of the export or import of the lot have been paid.
2.06.3 If it transpires that there is doubt cast over the ownership and control of a lot, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to retain a lot whilst investigations are in progress upon the true ownership of it and once such investigations are concluded will return the lot to the person who is identified as the legal owner, unless, the force of legal proceedings or the conclusion of the investigation dictates it should be returned elsewhere. 2.07 Lot Content
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right divide any lot into smaller lots or, combine two or more lots, as it deems fit.

2.08 Lot Withdrawal
2.08.1 A seller can withdraw a lot up to 3 days prior to a sale without charge other than the cost of return shipping.
2.08.2 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited can withdraw a lot for sale at any time and will charge the owner of the lot for return shipping if there are doubts cast over its authenticity or ownership.

2.09 Unsold Lots
2.09.1 If the lot is unsold at the sale for reasons other than lot withdrawal as described in section 2.08, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited will provide the seller with the option to:
2.09.1.1 Re-enter the lot at a future auction at a revised bidding estimate range.
2.09.1.2 Have the lot returned to the seller who will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.10 Seller Contract of Sale for Lots
2.10.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately a contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the seller. The seller then becomes liable for the seller commission and VAT thereupon (if applicable) and is owed net of these elements the hammer price of each lot that has been sold in their name.
2.10.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

2.11 Charges Payable by the Seller
2.11.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the seller are the seller's commission and VAT (if applicable).
2.11.2 Charges are shown on the seller invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

2.12 Income Receivable by the Seller
2.12.1 Income associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer is the hammer price.

2.13 Transfer of Title
2.13.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full to, and received in cleared funds.
2.13.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contract for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.
>To take legal proceedings against the buyer for any sum due under the contract for sale and/or damages for breach of contract and be entitled to interest on any monies due at the annual rate of 2.5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.

2.14 Payment to the Seller
2.14.1 Payment for lots to the seller is expected within 30 calendar days of the auction, provided the buyer has settled their payment due for the lot.

In this situation, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, who promote the transfer of only authentic autographs will release seller details to the buyer in order that they can resolve the dispute between themselves.

2.17 Indemnity
2.17.1 You, the seller agree to indemnify Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses and losses arising from:
2.17.1.1 Any actual or alleged breach of any undertaking or obligation by you to us, whether by act or omission or otherwise.
2.17.1.2 Any injury, loss or damage caused to any person by you.
2.17.1.3 Our exercising any of our rights, powers and/or duties under any of the terms of this contract.
2.17.1.4 Your fraud and our exercising any of our rights or powers under the terms of this contract in the event of fraud.
2.17.1.5 Any error, mis-description or omission in any description of the lot or any estimate in relation to it, so long as it was not caused by a breach of our duty to you under this agreement to exercise reasonable skill and care.
2.17.2 You, the seller agree to notify us immediately (and in any event before the sale) in writing, by recorded delivery, to the company address or by email if there is anything in either the entry and/or the catalogue in relation to the lot which you are aware is, or may be, inaccurate or incorrect or, in the case of any description of the lot, incomplete in any material respect.

2.18 Auctioneer Disclaimer
2.18.1 Any descriptions, estimates or opinions given by us or on our behalf will be honestly given, using such skill and care as is reasonable given our specialist knowledge and experience as concerns the subject matter.

2.19 Authority to Dispose of an Unsold Lot
2.19.1 If a lot is unsold at the sale, we (as your sole and exclusive agent) will contact you within 28 days of the end of the sale to establish if you wish to:
2.19.1.1 Engage us to re-sell the lot on your behalf at a future auction at a lower price point.
2.19.1.2 Send the lot back to you at your cost to ship.
2.19.2 If we have not received any response to you for two months after having contacted you to determine what you want us to do with an unsold lot we reserve the right to dispose of it in such manner as we think ?t. We will give you seven days notice of such disposal to allow you to arrange collection for it if you wish.

2.20 Insurance

2.02 Authentification
2.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.
2.02.2 Autographs suspected to be non-authentic during the screening process will not be placed for auction into lots and will be returned to sellers, the cost of return being borne by the seller.
2.02.3 Whilst Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited take all reasonable steps to screen autographs for authenticity provided to them for inclusion in an auction, Autographs Auctions Worldwide Limited does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the authenticity of autographs sold through the auction.
2.02.4 By submitting autographs to auction the seller confirms to the best of their knowledge that the autographs they submit are authentic.

2.03 Description of Lots
2.03.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue a description of the lot on behalf of the seller.
2.03.2 Descriptions and photographs contained in the catalogue are deemed as for identification purposes only and may not show the true condition of the lot as photographs are not a substitute for physical examination.
2.03.3 The seller confirms that the lot corresponds with the contractual description of the lot in the catalogue and with any photograph of the lot in the catalogue.

2.05.2 Any estimate should not be relied on as an indication of the actual selling price or value of a lot.
2.05.3 The seller is under no obligation to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited to accept the opinion of Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited with respect to a value estimate of a lot and Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited owes the seller no duty other than that of the provision of an honest opinion either in contract or tort in relation to anything stated or represented (expressly or by implication) to the seller about the lot and no such statement or representation will be incorporated into this agreement and any liability under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 will be limited to the amount of any seller commission fee payable.
2.05.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.
2.05.5 Unless a seller confirms with Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited a reserve price for a lot, the auctioneer will assume the minimum estimate is the reserve price.

2.06 Ownership
2.06.1 The seller undertakes to the buyer that they are the owner of the lot or is duly authorised to sell the lot by the owner and sells the lot with full title guarantee according in every respect with the terms implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2.06.2 The seller has complied with all requirements, legal or otherwise, relating to any export or import of the lot, and all duties and taxes in respect of the export or import of the lot have been paid.
2.06.3 If it transpires that there is doubt cast over the ownership and control of a lot, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to retain a lot whilst investigations are in progress upon the true ownership of it and once such investigations are concluded will return the lot to the person who is identified as the legal owner, unless, the force of legal proceedings or the conclusion of the investigation dictates it should be returned elsewhere. 2.07 Lot Content
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right divide any lot into smaller lots or, combine two or more lots, as it deems fit.

2.08 Lot Withdrawal
2.08.1 A seller can withdraw a lot up to 3 days prior to a sale without charge other than the cost of return shipping.
2.08.2 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited can withdraw a lot for sale at any time and will charge the owner of the lot for return shipping if there are doubts cast over its authenticity or ownership.

2.09 Unsold Lots
2.09.1 If the lot is unsold at the sale for reasons other than lot withdrawal as described in section 2.08, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited will provide the seller with the option to:
2.09.1.1 Re-enter the lot at a future auction at a revised bidding estimate range.
2.09.1.2 Have the lot returned to the seller who will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.10 Seller Contract of Sale for Lots
2.10.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately a contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the seller. The seller then becomes liable for the seller commission and VAT thereupon (if applicable) and is owed net of these elements the hammer price of each lot that has been sold in their name.
2.10.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

2.11 Charges Payable by the Seller
2.11.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the seller are the seller's commission and VAT (if applicable).
2.11.2 Charges are shown on the seller invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

2.12 Income Receivable by the Seller
2.12.1 Income associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer is the hammer price.

2.13 Transfer of Title
2.13.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full to, and received in cleared funds.
2.13.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contract for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.
>To take legal proceedings against the buyer for any sum due under the contract for sale and/or damages for breach of contract and be entitled to interest on any monies due at the annual rate of 2.5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.

2.14 Payment to the Seller
2.14.1 Payment for lots to the seller is expected within 30 calendar days of the auction, provided the buyer has settled their payment due for the lot.

Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited has a policy of maintaining the privacy of buyer and seller details, except, where a lot has been sold by a seller to a buyer and the buyer has expressed doubt over the authenticity of the lot and has obtained the opinion on the lot's authenticity from two independent, respected authenticators who both confer that the lot contains a forged autograph/s. In this situation, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, who promote the transfer of only authentic autographs will release seller details to the buyer in order that they can resolve the dispute between themselves.

2.17 Indemnity
2.17.1 You, the seller agree to indemnify Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses and losses arising from:
2.17.1.1 Any actual or alleged breach of any undertaking or obligation by you to us, whether by act or omission or otherwise.
2.17.1.2 Any injury, loss or damage caused to any person by you.
2.17.1.3 Our exercising any of our rights, powers and/or duties under any of the terms of this contract.
2.17.1.4 Your fraud and our exercising any of our rights or powers under the terms of this contract in the event of fraud.
2.17.1.5 Any error, mis-description or omission in any description of the lot or any estimate in relation to it, so long as it was not caused by a breach of our duty to you under this agreement to exercise reasonable skill and care.
2.17.2 You, the seller agree to notify us immediately (and in any event before the sale) in writing, by recorded delivery, to the company address or by email if there is anything in either the entry and/or the catalogue in relation to the lot which you are aware is, or may be, inaccurate or incorrect or, in the case of any description of the lot, incomplete in any material respect.

2.18 Auctioneer Disclaimer
2.18.1 Any descriptions, estimates or opinions given by us or on our behalf will be honestly given, using such skill and care as is reasonable given our specialist knowledge and experience as concerns the subject matter.

2.19 Authority to Dispose of an Unsold Lot

2.19.1.2 Send the lot back to you at your cost to ship.
2.19.2 If we have not received any response to you for two months after having contacted you to determine what you want us to do with an unsold lot we reserve the right to dispose of it in such manner as we think ?t. We will give you seven days notice of such disposal to allow you to arrange collection for it if you wish.

2.20 Insurance

If any part of the conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the conditions.

1.08 Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

1.09 Survival
Each provision of the conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

1.10 Currency
1.10.1 All invoicing and associated settlements are denominated in sterling.

2.0 Terms and Conditions of Sale - Sellers

2.01 Principal
The seller sells the lot as the principal to the contract for sale, such contract being made between the seller and buyer through Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited which acts in the sole capacity as the seller's agent and not as an additional principal.

2.02 Authentification
2.02.1 All autographs are screened for authenticity by Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited prior to their acceptance in an auction.
2.02.2 Autographs suspected to be non-authentic during the screening process will not be placed for auction into lots and will be returned to sellers, the cost of return being borne by the seller.
2.02.3 Whilst Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited take all reasonable steps to screen autographs for authenticity provided to them for inclusion in an auction, Autographs Auctions Worldwide Limited does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the authenticity of autographs sold through the auction.
2.02.4 By submitting autographs to auction the seller confirms to the best of their knowledge that the autographs they submit are authentic.

2.03 Description of Lots
2.03.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue a description of the lot on behalf of the seller.
2.03.2 Descriptions and photographs contained in the catalogue are deemed as for identification purposes only and may not show the true condition of the lot as photographs are not a substitute for physical examination.
2.03.3 The seller confirms that the lot corresponds with the contractual description of the lot in the catalogue and with any photograph of the lot in the catalogue.
2.03.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.

2.04 Condition of Lots
2.04.1 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited provides in the auction catalogue an opinion on behalf of the seller of the condition of the lot.
2.04.2 All lots are sold to the buyer on an "as is" basis with all faults and imperfections.
2.04.3 The seller does not make and does not agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty, or representation of fact in relation to the satisfactory quality of the lot.
2.04.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.

2.05 Value Estimates of Lots
2.05.1 Estimates are an indication Autograph Autographs Worldwide Limited provides in the catalogue, on behalf of the seller of the range in which it is considered the hammer price might vest at auction for the lot, net of buying fees and VAT.
2.05.2 Any estimate should not be relied on as an indication of the actual selling price or value of a lot.
2.05.3 The seller is under no obligation to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited to accept the opinion of Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited with respect to a value estimate of a lot and Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited owes the seller no duty other than that of the provision of an honest opinion either in contract or tort in relation to anything stated or represented (expressly or by implication) to the seller about the lot and no such statement or representation will be incorporated into this agreement and any liability under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 will be limited to the amount of any seller commission fee payable.
2.05.4 Aside from authenticity (2.02.4), the seller does not make or agree to make any representation of fact or contractual promise guarantee or warranty and undertakes no obligation or duty whether in contract or in tort in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any statement or representation made by him or on his behalf, which is in any way descriptive of any lot or as to the anticipated or likely selling price of any lot.
2.05.5 Unless a seller confirms with Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited a reserve price for a lot, the auctioneer will assume the minimum estimate is the reserve price.

2.06 Ownership
2.06.1 The seller undertakes to the buyer that they are the owner of the lot or is duly authorised to sell the lot by the owner and sells the lot with full title guarantee according in every respect with the terms implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2.06.2 The seller has complied with all requirements, legal or otherwise, relating to any export or import of the lot, and all duties and taxes in respect of the export or import of the lot have been paid.
2.06.3 If it transpires that there is doubt cast over the ownership and control of a lot, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to retain a lot whilst investigations are in progress upon the true ownership of it and once such investigations are concluded will return the lot to the person who is identified as the legal owner, unless, the force of legal proceedings or the conclusion of the investigation dictates it should be returned elsewhere. Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right In the case of doubt over ownership of a lot that occurs during the course of a transaction to nullify all agreements that pertain to it with immediate effect.

2.07 Lot Content
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited reserves the right divide any lot into smaller lots or, combine two or more lots, as it deems fit.

2.08 Lot Withdrawal
2.08.1 A seller can withdraw a lot up to 3 days prior to a sale without charge other than the cost of return shipping.
2.08.2 Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited can withdraw a lot for sale at any time and will charge the owner of the lot for return shipping if there are doubts cast over its authenticity or ownership.

2.09 Unsold Lots
2.09.1 If the lot is unsold at the sale for reasons other than lot withdrawal as described in section 2.08, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited will provide the seller with the option to:
2.09.1.1 Re-enter the lot at a future auction at a revised bidding estimate range.
2.09.1.2 Have the lot returned to the seller who will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.10 Seller Contract of Sale for Lots
2.10.1 Once a bid is submitted that is accepted as the highest for a lot, the bid becomes the hammer price and immediately a contract for sale of the lot will be entered into between the seller and the buyer and a separate contract between the auctioneer and the seller. The seller then becomes liable for the seller commission and VAT thereupon (if applicable) and is owed net of these elements the hammer price of each lot that has been sold in their name.
2.10.2 Auction results are available on this website the day after the auction ends in the auctions section of this website.

2.11 Charges Payable by the Seller
2.11.1 Charges associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the auctioneer and the seller are the seller's commission and VAT (if applicable).
2.11.2 Charges are shown on the seller invoice by lot with those charges relating to the seller and auctioneer shown separately.

2.12 Income Receivable by the Seller
2.12.1 Income associated with the contract of sale of the lot between the seller and the buyer is the hammer price.

2.13 Transfer of Title
2.13.1 Title to the lot remains in the possession of the seller until the purchase price and all other sums payable by the buyer to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in relation to the lot have been paid in full to, and received in cleared funds.
2.13.2 If the purchase price for a lot is not paid to Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited in full by the buyer in accordance with the contract for sale the seller will be entitled, without further notice to the buyer, to exercise one or more of the following rights:
>To terminate immediately the contract for sale of the lot for the buyers breach of contract.
>To take legal proceedings against the buyer for any sum due under the contract for sale and/or damages for breach of contract and be entitled to interest on any monies due at the annual rate of 2.5% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.

2.14 Payment to the Seller
2.14.1 Payment for lots to the seller is expected within 30 calendar days of the auction, provided the buyer has settled their payment due for the lot.
2.14.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer (international or domestic), cheque, PayPal or Worldpay net of any bank or clearing house processing fees (if applicable).

2.15 Authenticity Disputes
The seller, should be aware that any dispute concerning the authenticity of an autograph sold in a lot through the auction is a matter that must be resolved between the buyer and the seller in accordance with their contract of sale between one another.

2.16 Privacy Policy
Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited has a policy of maintaining the privacy of buyer and seller details, except, where a lot has been sold by a seller to a buyer and the buyer has expressed doubt over the authenticity of the lot and has obtained the opinion on the lot's authenticity from two independent, respected authenticators who both confer that the lot contains a forged autograph/s. In this situation, Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited, who promote the transfer of only authentic autographs will release seller details to the buyer in order that they can resolve the dispute between themselves.

2.17 Indemnity
2.17.1 You, the seller agree to indemnify Autograph Auctions Worldwide Limited against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses and losses arising from:
2.17.1.1 Any actual or alleged breach of any undertaking or obligation by you to us, whether by act or omission or otherwise.
2.17.1.2 Any injury, loss or damage caused to any person by you.
2.17.1.3 Our exercising any of our rights, powers and/or duties under any of the terms of this contract.
2.17.1.4 Your fraud and our exercising any of our rights or powers under the terms of this contract in the event of fraud.
2.17.1.5 Any error, mis-description or omission in any description of the lot or any estimate in relation to it, so long as it was not caused by a breach of our duty to you under this agreement to exercise reasonable skill and care.
2.17.2 You, the seller agree to notify us immediately (and in any event before the sale) in writing, by recorded delivery, to the company address or by email if there is anything in either the entry and/or the catalogue in relation to the lot which you are aware is, or may be, inaccurate or incorrect or, in the case of any description of the lot, incomplete in any material respect.

2.18 Auctioneer Disclaimer
2.18.1 Any descriptions, estimates or opinions given by us or on our behalf will be honestly given, using such skill and care as is reasonable given our specialist knowledge and experience as concerns the subject matter.
2.18.2 Save that any description, estimate or opinion is honestly given with the degree of skill and care referred to in paragraph 2.18.1 we neither make nor agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty or representation of fact in relation to any such description, estimate or opinion or in relation to the accuracy of anything stated in or represented by any expression of that description, estimate or opinion.

2.19 Authority to Dispose of an Unsold Lot
2.19.1 If a lot is unsold at the sale, we (as your sole and exclusive agent) will contact you within 28 days of the end of the sale to establish if you wish to:
2.19.1.1 Engage us to re-sell the lot on your behalf at a future auction at a lower price point.
2.19.1.2 Send the lot back to you at your cost to ship.
2.19.2 If we have not received any response to you for two months after having contacted you to determine what you want us to do with an unsold lot we reserve the right to dispose of it in such manner as we think ?t. We will give you seven days notice of such disposal to allow you to arrange collection for it if you wish.

2.20 Insurance
2.20.1 All autographs whilst awaiting auction and their subsequent shipping to their legal owner post auction that are deemed thereby in transition and therefore under the caretakership of Autographs Autographs Worldwide Limited are placed into lots and lots are insured at their mid-range value estimate provided in the catalogue.

Email, telephone or post bids need to be received 3 days prior to the commencement of an auction to be valid.
