Due to Covid -19 CDC regulations ALL PA. CDC AND PA. REGULATIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED. Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). If you are not able to do so, you must notify US and other arrangements must be made ASAP. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to an additional $25 fee. All items must be picked up within 14 days of the auction's end date. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to JONES AUCTION HOUSE LLC. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Need shipping? Arrange yourself or try The UPS Store in Dunmore, (570) 558-6300. Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 14 days post-sale. Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule. Bids do not include the buyer's premium, taxes, shipping or 3rd party shipping. All items are subject to 6% sales tax. A 17% buyer's premium will be added to each lot won. *** SALES TAX *** If you are a tax exempt we must have your tax number on file before the end of the sale. Otherwise, all bidders pay standard sales tax rate of 6%. Please read, no exceptions: On pickup day, Bring your PRINTED paid or unpaid invoice. Please bring your own boxes and any help needed to carry your purchases. Cash payments need to be in the exact amount.
Credit Card Fee
There will be a 3.5% Surcharge fee when using a Credit Card as a form of payment. This is in addition to the buyers premiums listed.
Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within three business days of the auction. YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE.
a) Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, if you have participated in an auction, you are encouraged to inquire to see if you were a successful bidder. Non-receipt of an emailed invoice does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment.
b) We Accept Money Orders, good checks, and cash in person at Auction House.
