Once you bid on an Item or an item is bid on from your IP address it is your responsibility to pay for the purchase or purchases. Please keep in mind the only two Grading companies that guarantee their grade are PCGS and NGC. "Buyer Beware" of other Grading companies. Do not get this mixed up with the legitimate Grading Company's PCGS and NGC. Often third-party grading companies will grade coins higher and use names similar to the legitimate grading company's name, such as PCGC as to ( PCGS), and NCG as to (NCG). For references go to coinauctionshelp.com. This site gives you names of legitimate and illegitimate Grading Companies. All coins we sell are sold "AS IS" without guarantee or warranty of any kind from the auctioneer. The grading company who graded the coins is the party responsible for the grade, not the auctioneer. We do not grade coins and we do not write the coin guides. We only relay information from said grading companies and price guides. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to research these grading companies before bidding. Again, please ask questions before you bid. We do not own the coins we sell. All coins are sold on consignment. Therefore, due to our circumstances with the coins we sell, we cannot accept returns!

authentic and was consigned by one of my sellers. We do not own the coins we sell. Therefore, we only go on the written
descriptions of the sellers. I do not have time to look at every coin. I see most of these coins the same way the buyers see them. In
the pictures.
h) In Short meet the deadlines above, follow the rules, keep records of all receipts, send the coin back to us, and wait for a refund.
4) Why am I being charged sales tax?
As a result of recent and ongoing legislation, most U.S. states now require businesses to collect and remit sales tax on online purchases made from their states. Regardless of where sellers are located, they are required to charge tax on internet orders if your state mandates it. Each state has different requirements and thresholds on what is taxed, and how much. Note that purchases shipped to or picked up in states that do not impose sales tax will not be subject to tax.
Thank you,
Rich
