Refund Policy. Item must be returned within 15 days from issue of Return Invoice number (RI#)or no refund will be due. To facilitate the processing time of your refund, place the RI# on the outside of your package. The cost of shipping the item to California Auction Company, LLC is to be paid by the customer.
