In 1920 an agreement between the Chinese Government, the Cie. Gle. de Chemins de Fer & des Tramways en Chine, and a Netherlands syndicate, agreed a BF50 million loan to China to complete the line, from Kwanyintang to Haichow, on the Yellow Sea, and to build a port at Haichow. Only 250 such reserve stocks (with 2 coupons missing) are estimated to have existed according to Kuhlmann. In perfect condition.
