The purchaser will be the highest bidder. Any dispute arising as to the highest bidder to be resolved by the auctioneer who may refuse any bid or withdraw any lot from sale.

Whilst every care is taken, the auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in catalogues or at auction. Intending purchasers are advised to take advantage of the time given to view items prior to auction commencement.
The auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in respect of the sale of goods. All disputes arising from default of title, wrong descriptions or otherwise, must be settled between the vendor and the purchaser. The auctioneer gives no warranties in respect of these matters, and no lots are to be returned to the auctioneer.

The auctioneer shall not be liable for any default of the purchaser or vendor.
The buyer of each lot shall be responsible for it from the time it is "knocked down".

Should a absentee/phone/online bidder be tied on the same bid the bid will go to the HIBID platform first.

YVA recommends you register prior to the auction starting at 10am due to auctioneer approval. Registering during an auction may not be approved straight away.

At the fall of the hammer, all items become the responsibility of the purchaser.
