Lot 455: Compagnie Commerciale des Guyanes

1. All objects in the auction are sold on behalf of third parties.
2. The lots in the present catalogue provide two prices at the end of each description in Euro: the first price means the valuation based on the market price; the second price indicates the starting price.
3. Buyers are personally responsible for what they have bid for and cannot claim to have bought on someone else's behalf.
4. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, combine or divide any lot or lots, or offer them in a different sequence to that of the catalogue.
5. Sales are awarded to the highest bidder after being called three times and against immediate cash payment.
6. A commission of 18% will be added to the hammer-price. It includes all taxes.
7. The objects are sold in the condition they are at the moment of sale. After the sale the goods are for the account of the buyer and at the buyer's risk.
8. The authenticity of the goods is guaranteed by expert.
9. Written buying orders will be executed carefully and without charge.
10. Persons taking part in the sale by making an oral or written offer thereby automatically accept the Conditions of Sale.
11. During the auction, dealing in antique stocks and bonds is vorbidden.
12. In case of dispute, the Law Court of Bologna shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
