Furthermore, three reissues were made by the Caisse des Amortissements in respect of the Company's liabilities. This contract & certificat belongto the second issue by the Caisse. They were issued as a replacement of the promissory notes issued by the Company in 1755. As such, the holder received a perpetual annuity. The receipt of paper of 4 pages is tied into the contract also of 4 pages. Highest rarity (5) according to Howard Shakespearein “France The Royal Loans - Les Emprunts Royaux 1689-1789". Only once before in our auctions (2011) and Rarity 10 according to our rarity classification system.
