It was stipulated that the Compagnie dissolution was to be completed between 1794 and 1797. In reality, it took until 6 December 1865 (under Napoleon III) for the last claims of shareholders (or their heirs) to be resolved. This coupon is part of the liquidation process. It states that the French National Treasury owes the holder 36 Livres as interest payment on his 1600Livres of stock in the Compagnie.
