Conditions of Sale
PAYMENTS: The credit card that you used to Register will automatically be charged for the items that you purchase, unless you notify MOTHER HUBBARD AUCTIONS of other payment options. This must be done witin 24 hours of the auction end. If you choose to pay by check or money order, once your payment is received all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $ 10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer. We will automaticaly charge 10% on dollar amounts over $10,000 to the credit card used to register. NSF checks will be charged a $35.00 fee. Any credit cards that come back as "declined", then the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
Shipping / Pick Up Terms:
SHIPPING: We do our best to show the shipping on each item.. We have special rates and are able to ship items around the world. We do reserve the right to adjust Shipping Charges based on rate changes or our error.
PICK UP: Pick Up of all items will be on Monday, October 24th from 10:00AM to 3:00PM and also on Wednesday, October 26th from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. If you need a different pick up day or time please contact Mother Hubbard Auctions at 937-727-9985.
