By bidding successfully and paying the price of the lot, the item becomes the property of the buyer. The purchase price is to be paid for in our shop, or by bank transfer within 15 working days. In case the payment is not received within the above deadline, the auctioneer has the right to cancel the bid or to offer it to others.

The purchase price consists of the amount of the final bid + 20% auction fee.

Purchased items can be picked up in our store from the first working day after the auction, or will be shipped after shipping details have been discussed.

Some items may require an official release document issued by the Hungarian state, and they may only be shipped outside of the territory of Hungary after this release document has been received. This can take up to one to two weeks, which can slightly delay the shipping after the auction. We inform each successful bidder about the details of this process when we finalise the details of the shipping.

Buyers who are unable to attend the auction in person will be able to place an absentee bid. We do not accept orders without an upper limit.

In case the same bid is made at the spot of the auction as another absentee bid, the bid made at the place of the auction in person has an advantage over absentee bids.

In case of several high purchase orders, the auctioneer reserves the right to deviate from the starting price published in the catalog / online.

Absentee bids are valid binding bids.

National institutions in Hungary have a bidding advantage over other bids.
