Conditions of Sale
WINNING BIDDERS:
Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Call 260-768-7616 or email customerservice@chauctions.com
Step #2: We will package your item(s) and email an invoice with shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made.
Step #3: You can "SUBMIT SECURE PAYMENT" through AuctionZip/Invaluable. Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after the auction, you credit card may be charged.
NO EXCEPTIONS!! If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items!!
NOTICE! VERY IMPORTANT!: Chupp Auctions handles a high volume of merchandise in a short period of time. While our intent is to describe items, authenticity, and condition to have a successful and mutually satisfying transaction, it is physically and economically impossible for us to achieve perfection on every item. Our firm lists items far in advance of the sale so the buyer can ask questions BEFORE bidding. At our expense, we do provide staffing to get buyers the information BEFORE they bid. When bidding online, please understand that you are assuming some risk. We will not take returns, all items are sold as-is, buyer beware. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Not responsible for accidents.
Payment will be expected within 1 week of the auction date. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made.

SHIPPING INFO:
Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions.
PLYCON MOVING SERVICES is a transport company that will wrap, secure & ship your large or delicate items 708-339-8805.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Paypal is NOT a payment option with Chupp Auctions. Major credit cards accepted are Visa, MC, Discover, American Express. Payment will be expected within 1 week of the auction date. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made.
BUYER PREMIUM:
ONLINE BIDDERS: 20% Buyer Premium will be applied (includes AuctionZip or eBay Live Fees).
ABSENTEE & PHONE BIDDERS: 15% Buyer Premium will be applied.
IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: 5% Buyer Premium will be waived if paying with cash or check. Auction attendees paying with cash or check will pay NO Buyer Premium!!
TAX:
7% Sales tax will be charged for online purchases shipped within the state of Indiana. An ST-105 tax form is required for Indiana residents who do not wish to pay tax. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax.
