Description: 1) DWM 1914 MILITARY MODEL LUGER PARTS KIT. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 9435. Barreled receiver dated 1916. "S/42" marked bbl. Proper receiver proofs plus Eagle "GW35" (?). Complete side plate numbered "60". Unnumbered blued mag. latch & spring. Rear toggle pivot numbered "90". Unnumbered ejector. 2 Grip screws, recoil spring & mainspring guide. Matching numbered: toggles, breech block, extractor (no firing pin spring or retainer), safety lever w/ retaining pin, hold open w/ spring, trigger w/ spring, takedown lever & sear bar. Aftermarket synthetic grips appearing cast copies of original wooden grips. MAGS: 1 fair tin plated 8 rd. mag w/ 2 dents on left side near base. Split wooden base numbered "407n". Missing spring; includes follower. CONDITION: very good bore having poor quality crown appearing by drill bit. Peppery oxidation & light pitting throughout assembly. Similar average appearance to balance of components. (02-11314/NW). 2) WWII GERMAN HELMET. M1935 German single decal Wehrmacht helmet. Exterior appears to have been repainted at least once during the period. There is a single Wehrmacht eagle decal on the left side. Helmet is stamped “ET66” on inner left side & “HL83” on the inner rear. Rear of helmet is painted w/ the name “Knaub”. This name has been painted over w/ green paint & the name “Gg. Hahn” appears in black paint beside it. Leather liner & chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet has about 60% painted finish. Decal is about 40%. Liner is complete. Band has loose rivets. Chinstrap is missing the tip of the long strap. 3) WWII GERMAN HELMET. German civic model, curved dip, double decal, lightweight police helmet. Helmet has a black painted finish w/ a black & silver police decal on the left & a red, white & black Party decal on the right. Leather liner & chinstrap. CONDITION: outside finish is approx. 75%. Police & National decal are about 95%. Liner & chinstrap show light wear. 4) WWII US HELMET. US WWII front seam fixed bail army helmet. Helmet has a green sand painted finish. Cotton & leather straps on plastic formed liner. Liner is period w/ front center hole. CONDITION: finish is approx. 85%. Leather band in liner shows significant wear. Interior cotton band broken. Complete chinstrap. Helmet generally shows light wear. (02-11315(3)/BF). $400-600 for lot.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
