Those items that remain in storage for more than 14 days (paid or unpaid), will be considered forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. The cost of the item and all storage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. After an additional 5 days from forfeiture, any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection agency. It is NOT our intention to charge ANY additional fees or to send our customers to collections, it is only our intention to process winning bids as expeditiously as possible and get winning items to our customers quickly.
