Description: Stoutly potted with gently rounded sides terminating with a wide flori-form lobed petal rim, brightly painted to the interior with a five-clawed writhing dragon above rock and crashing waves, the cavetto with two pheasants amidst flowering and fruiting trees before the bands of fine lines conforming the cavetto, further decorated with floral sprays on the sides and geometrical pattern on the rim. The underside base left unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground with burnt orange and darker spots in the firing.
