The pre-sale estimates which are stated in the Auction Information do not include Buyer's Premium, shipping and delivery fee, or any applicable taxes or tariffs.



ONLINE BIDS
Execution of online internet bids is a free service undertaken subject to other commitments at the time of the sale, and Green Auctioneers does not accept liability for failing to execute an online internet bid of for errors or omissions in connection with this activity, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Green Auctioneers or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a client's internet connection, computer or system.


MONITORING AND INCREASING YOUR BIDS
If you are outbid at any time, you will receive an email notification informing you accordingly. We encourage you to monitor the bids on lots throughout the duration of the ONLINE/LIVE Auction to ensure your status as the highest bidder up until the close of the Auction.

NOTE: All bid cancellation must be written to be received and confirmed by Green Auctioneers Limited. No bid cancellation can be made within 24 hours before the closing of the sale.



AUCTION PREVIEWS
Previews are organized and curated by Green Auctioneers Limited prior to each online and live auction. Information and details can be found on our website and our mobile apps. Previews are free of charge and open to private appointment only. We encourage interested parties to view the lots in person prior to the sale. Green Auctioneers Limited reserves the right to refuse the entry of any visitor who violates our condition of business.



SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS
If you are the successful bidder, in addition to the hammer price, you will be required to pay us the buyer's premium. The Net Invoice Amount on your invoice excludes any applicable value added tax (VAT), sales or compensating use tax or equivalent tax. NOTE: ALL BANKS CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

You are expected to pay for your purchases within seven calendar days of the sale. Payment may be made by bank transfers and cash. Invoices are sent out by mail after the auction.



GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong Law and the Courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
These conditions of business may be changed without notice.

We accept Direct Bank Transfer ONLY.

Invoice must be paid immediately after the auction, and the payer must be the same as the successful bidder.

The Net Invoice Amount on your invoice excludes any applicable value added tax (VAT), sales or compensating use tax or equivalent tax, or banks charges. NOTE: ALL BANKS CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

Please submit the remittance instruction together with your name and invoice number to the bank.

You can collect your purchased lot(s) in our office.

You can arrange a third-person to collect on behalf of you with authorization letter.

We ship internationally. Customs duties and taxes may apply for international shipping, please check and arrange with your shipping and delivery carriers.

A buyer's premium of 26% is payable on the hammer price up to EUR 300,000.
A buyer's premium of 20% is payable on the hammer price in excess of EUR 300,001.

Items can be shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fee set by destination countries, and are solely the buyer's responsibility.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

We provide international shipping, however, we do not take care of your local Customs Duties and Taxes.

The item is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, in the condition it is in at the time of sale.
We do not guarantee the time keeping or the waterproofness of the watches we propose for sale. Green Auctioneers Limited is acting as an agent between the seller and a buyer. We do not restore, service, or test any of the watches we propose for sale in our online sales, private treaty or in the 'Buy Now' section.

The online condition report is provided to assist you with assessing the condition of the item and is for guidance purposes only. The images of the item also form part of the online condition report for the item provided by Green Auctioneers Limited.
