INTRODUCTION
In the present exhibition I many drawings relate to a wishful
which name "Calling the Birds." My patron
saint magic being source Saint Francis of Assisi, I marveled as a child that he
could speak to the birds in their language and that it was the
reason why they gathered around him in their multitudes and
then flew away to do his biddings.
It is always a great joy for me to exhibit at the Mann Gallery.
I met Jake Manguno in 1972 during an exhibition I had in
Michigan at the Dow Foundation and ever since we enjoyed
the

PAYMENT:
Full payment, including the buyer's premium must be received within seven (7) business days after the auction. See auction description for the exact date. The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash, wire transfer, bank check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). Payments must be made in full for all items bought in the auction, or any other CONVERSE auction, before the items may be removed from our possession. CONVERSE reserves the right to clear all payments before releasing your items.

All bidders who do not contact us to arrange payment 3 business days after the auction may have their credit card charged without notice. All credit card charges are final and may not be disputed. BUYER'S PREMIUM:
Buyer's premium for bidding on the floor, through a left bid or through the telephone is 23%. Buyer's premium through the CONVERSE app or through our web site is 23%. Buyer's premium using any 3rd party web site (i.e. LiveAuctioneers.com, Invaluable.com, etc.) is 25%. Buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of all items.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits may be required for some bidders and may be paid via credit card before the start of the auction. By providing CONVERSE with your credit card information you agree that CONVERSE is authorized to charge you a deposit during the auction for items you have already won. By leaving a credit card you are authorizing CONVERSE to charge the full price of any items you have won, plus the buyer's premium and any shipping fees. If an invoice is not paid in full 30 days after the auction, all deposits will be forfeit.
