Condition reports are provided as a courtesy to our buyers and reflect the opinion of the auction house and should not be taken as a statement of fact or free from human error. Neither the auctioneer, nor the auction house shall be responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. All weights and measurements are approximate. For condition report requests, please contact us at least 24-48 hours prior to the auction start time.

Payment is expected within 5 days of the auction date, interest charges will apply to invoices after the expiration of this period. For payments made by check, merchandise will not be released until 10 days after payment is received when the check clears.

The amount of the reserve shall not exceed the low estimate or requested opening bid. Estimates and opening bids are subject to change at any time prior to the offering of each lot. The auction house shall not be held responsible for any errors or failures in the execution of absentee bids or bids executed online. In all instances the auctioneer's interpretation of these conditions is final and binding on all bidders.
