Statutory provisions only apply on a subsidiary basis. Statutory provisions such as those of the Consumer Protection Act shall remain unaffected. § 2 Acceptance and rejection of objects
(1) Movable objects of all kinds, in particular art and antiques, insofar as their sale is permitted by law, shall be accepted for auction.
(2) The Auction House will not accept items suspected of having been stolen, embezzled or illegally exported.

Disadvantages due to incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the contributor.
(2) By signing the Takeover Certificate, the Consignor agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the Auction House. At the time of contribution, the contributor receives a copy of the takeover certificate as well as the general terms and conditions of the auction house. Objections must be raised without delay.
