Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots. All lots will be sold as marked to the highest bidder unless a reserve price is not met (only a few items sell with a reserve over $5)
a) All payments will be required to be paid for with the credit card on file after auction is complete and invoices are sent or other means such as check or money order.
b) Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws. If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide to us the correct form. www.pdffiller.com/ is where one may navigate on the web and print the necessary form.
c) Buyer's Premium is 18% Online and 13% Live with a 3% discount for payment with cash or check, all other payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
d) Buyer specifically waives the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
e) No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods (we do ship but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer).
f) Purchases may be paid for and removed at any time during the auction as long as the auction is not disrupted by this activity.
a) Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor personally deliver sold goods unless prearranged by the buyer (but we do ship as previously mentioned). Buyers that show up in person are responsible for their own removal of all items but shall wait for an auction employee to pick their items from the cases. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may need.
All items must be removed within 24 hours of the auction closing and/or within the specified date. If items are not removed by this time they will be forfeited and/or sold for storage. If you are having items shipped to you, payment is expected within 5 business days of receipt of invoice of items with associated shipping and handling costs. All items sold to internet bidders will be shipped by Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC. It may take up to 1 week for your items to be packed and ready for shipping. A reasonable fee will also be added for packing materials and handling. Estimated shipping costs will vary from item to item but the items will be shipped from 47944. We use either USPS or FedEx, whichever is more cost efficient for the bidder.

A total buyers premium of 18% will be collected on all online purchases with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check. Live on-site bidders will be charged a 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check.
Taxes will be collected for all live on-site bidders and those bidding from within the borders of the state of Indiana, all other online bidders will be exempt from paying sales tax unless the bidders drive to our location to remove the items in person which will constitute the same as bidding inside the state. Those who are tax exempt can provide necessary forms so that taxes are not collected on their purchases.
All items have been inspected and have been assessed and professionally graded by the auctioneer who has 18 years of experience in dealing toys, trains, Barbies and comics as well as collectibles of all sorts. Not every flaw can be caught on every item but much care has been taken to assure the buyer of an accurate grade that can be relied upon among the general population of toy dealers and collectors. Toy trains shall be graded as per current TCA standards.
