H. D. [Hilda Doolittle], The Walls do not Fall, 1st ed, signed and inscribed London: Oxford University Press, 1944. Trade Paperback edition, in French flaps. Signed and inscribed on the front free end-paper: "H. D. to Nellie Parham and Cousin Nellie with love from Hilda May 19, 1944." Difficult, of course, to find any H D book signed. Condition: wear, bumps and bends where wraps extend beyond page edges; overall about VG. Sale Estimate: $300-400.00
