Saskatchewan NAC bio: Henry Ripplinger was born in 1939 in Kendal, Saskatchewan. He studied engineering and education at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, (1960-1962, 1964) before moving to Regina and completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Regina in 1968. Further studies saw Ripplinger receive a diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Regina and participate in more art classes at the same institution.Ripplinger's paintings have been exhibited in solo and group shows in Saskatchewan and Alberta. His work can be found in collections including Mendel Art Gallery (Saskatoon), Government of Saskatchewan, Government of Ontario, Saskatchewan House (London, England), The Edmonton Journal, Federated Co-operatives Ltd. (Saskatoon), Regina Board of Education, and Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation. Ripplinger has received numerous commissions for his work, including from the City of Regina and the Saskatchewan Roughriders Association.In addition to his painting, Ripplinger is also a writer and has written several books including 'If You're Not From the Prairie', which he also illustrated.Ripplinger lives in Lumsden, Saskatchewan, where he continues to write and paint.

We take care to pack well, and ship in a timely fashion. Buyer pays for stated shipping within the United States, international customers please contact us for a shipping quote. We offer reduced shipping for winners of multiple lots, as follows: buyer pays full shipping amount of the won lot that bears the highest shipping charge, and receives a 30% discount on the stated shipping amount for all other won lots. For example, a winner of three lots with stated shipping charges of $4.50, $6.50 and $8.00 will pay $15.70 rather than the full $19.00. All books and other media ship via USPS Media Mail. Typical delivery time within the continental U.S. is 5-10 days. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us for a Priority Mail upgrade. Insurance is available and recommended (please note that by declining insurance, you assume the risk of loss or damage in transit) on shipped packages at a flat rate of $1.00 per $100.00 of coverage for domestic shipments and $2.00 per $100.00 of coverage for all international shipments (please let us know if you are adding insurance to your total). All shipments with a total value of $200.00 or greater, as well as all packages being shipped outside the United States, will require mandatory insurance coverage and that charge will be added to the shipping amount on the invoices.

Payment

Payment should be made in full within ten days following the sale by email transfer, cheque, cash, bank draft, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard, unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the sale. Payment via PayPal, Visa or Mastercard will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge on the invoice total.
Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email from the auctioneer within one day of the close of the auction.

Buyers Premium

A Buyers Premium of 18% will be added to the Hammer Price for all lots sold.
