Hubert Julian Stowitts (American, 1892-1953), The Works of Stowitts for Fay-Yen-Fah, Paris, Bernard Freres, 1928, #307 of 400, forty-four folio pages with a synopsis and text of the opera, plus fifty diachromie lithographs of Stowitts' designs for the same, as first exhibited in Paris in 1927, the plates engraved by Demichel-Ploquin, Rucker and Acriter, printed by Kadar, h. 16", w. 13". Provenance: A gift to the consignor's family from Morton Aldridge, Dean of the Business School, Tulane University, New Orleans
