Description

* JEAN (HANS) ARP (1886-1966) Ganymède polished bronze 21 x 31.7 x 25.5cm (8 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 10 1/16in). Conceived in 1954 and cast in an edition of 5 between 1957 and 1959 by Susse Fondeur. The present work is the first cast. Ganymède is a variant of the work Ecaille, conceived in 1938.
