INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Payments we accept are; American Express, Master Card, Visa & Discover cards with a $1,000.00 limit. Any purchase(s) that exceed $1,000.00 will require payment as wire transfers, with no exceptions. Paypal is also accepted.
Winning bidders are responsible for paying via Invaluable if paying via Credit Card.
Invaluable will initially invoice the winning bidders the actual amount and buyer's premium. Shipping and handling will be calculated when payment method is received. At which time we will provide you with a shipping quote. Items will not ship until shipping cost is agreed upon and paid in full. If paying with money order or T/T (add $10.00 processing fee).

Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale.
Shipping is done inhouse. After full payment of items is received, buyer will be sent a shipping quote. Upon agreement of shipping, items will be shipped after shipping is paid.

Delivery Address:
There is no need to contact Embassy Auctions Int'l if you are using our In-house shipping services. We ship to the address provided on the invoice so please update your information within your account on the bidding platform beforehand. We will provide you with a shipping quote on your invoice as soon as possible.
Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be added to your invoice.
Order Tracking:
Once the invoice has been paid in full, this includes the shipping charge, you will then receive a tracking number via our shipping partner.

Damaged Items and Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Embassy Auctions International via email,
[email protected], as soon as you receive your package(s). The claim must be filed within 10 days of shipping. Please provide specifics, such as the outside of the package from all 4 angles, the inside with items still in the package as they arrived, then proceed to open the package and remove the contents and provide pictures of any damaged items. We will then file a claim on your behalf.
If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you can return them to the auction house within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. There will be no refunds or exchange of items past 15-days of receiving your items.
Force Majeure:
Embassy Auctions International is not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters
Handling charges are as follows: small and easily packed items: $8.50 per package, larger and/or items requiring specialty packing/boxes up to: $17.00 per package. Over-sized items/boxes will incur additional shipping and/or handling charges.
