By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

BUYER'S PREMIUM

All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 4 days after the auction, after which your credit card on file will be billed for the full amount of your invoice. If payment fails the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. Purchases in excess of $5000.00 must be paid by wire transfer.

INSPECTION

Additional photographs of any lot are available, and in person and virtual inspection is available by appointment.

AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION

We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. We do not warrant or represent the function, safety or use of any lot purchased and all lots, including vintage lighting and electronics, should be professionally evaluated prior to use.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding.


AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.

ABANDONED LOTS

Lots purchased and not picked-up or shipped after (60) days shall be deemed abandoned and dispose of by us without compensation to the purchaser.

PHOTOGRAPHS
All images of lots belong to us, images may not be reproduced for any reason. We reserves the right to advertise the successful sale and sale result of any lot.


RISK OF LOSS

Once the bid is won the risk of loss passes to the winning bidder.

Monday - Friday 11am - 3pm, five (5) days after the auction or at another convenient time provided you have made arrangements with us in advance.

Please call 401- 273-1618 so we have your item(s) ready and/or we can direct you to our loading dock for larger items.

PACKING & SHIPPING:

We do not offer in-house packing and shipping services.

Shipping can be expensive, please consider obtaining estimate(s) prior to bidding.

We have provided the following list of shippers as a courtesy and we will assist you with your third-party shipping needs, however, we assume no liability for any shipper you use or any loss or damage occasioned in transport or otherwise as a result of shipping.
