The Lovell House, designed by Richard Neutra, built in 1929. Gelatin silver print. Image (sight, not examined out of frame) measuring 15 1/4 x 19 1/4 inches (387 x 488 mm), signed in white ink at bottom right by Julius Schulman, dated 1950. Image in excellent condition, framed, matted, and mounted.
The Lovell House is the structure that is widely credited for introducing the International Style into the United States. It was built for the physician Philip Lovell.
